The dissemination of information in the micro-era shows the characteristics of popularization,fragmentation,diversification,and high efficiency.At the same time,it has strong cohesiveness and is prone to the "butterfly effect." This puts college students in a complex and complicated social environment,which makes college life education work face new opportunities and challenges.Therefore,the correct analysis of the realistic situation of the life education for university students in the micro-era and the construction of a new life education path for college students has become a topic of urgency.The features of micro-era,such as the massive information,immediacy and strong interactivity have played a positive role in stimulating the university students' main consciousness,solving college students' life difficulties,and broadening the breadth of university students' acceptance of knowledge.However,some undergraduates responded inadequately to the micro-era,appearing the symptoms of “Internet dependence”,which were mainly manifested in the secularization of value concepts,the shallowness of the way of thinking,the self-expression of behavioral methods,and the poor self-control of emotions.The impact of micro-era on life education in colleges and universities is also a double-edged sword.It not only increases the content of life education,broadens the form of life education,and enriches the carrier of life education platform,but also brings many challenges: the right to share with the public erodes the authority of life education workers;the non-barrier nature of micro-information weakens the centralized function of life education carriers;the flexibility of micro-media impacts the traditional life education methods;the fast-eliminating phenomenon in the micro-era culture has weakened the traditional role of life.College life educators must advance with the times and introduce new ideas.In terms of educational concepts,equal exchanges,joint participation,and hierarchical education are suitable for the characteristics of the times.On the content of education,introduce the death education,media literacy education,and health education.In the form of education,continuous innovation,the combination of theoretical education and practical education,strengthen the life experience of college students,integrate micro-messages,strengthen the guidance of public opinion,and gradually carry out differential teaching through democratic discussions to achieve the rational construction of life cognition.Based on the realistic background of the micro-era,combining the micro-era and college students' life education to study,it has injected new vitality into college life education.With the help of micro-applications such as WeChat,Weibo,and Live Broadcasting to build a new education platform,integrate educational resources,enhance teacher's media literacy,give full play to the role of peer education,build collaborative education,and promote innovation in life education,the effect of life education in colleges and universities will become more significant.Grasping the opportunities of the development of the times and the characteristics of college students in the micro-era,achieving the goal of life education in colleges and universities in innovation.It is the purpose of this article and the responsibility of all life educators to make the new mankind who contact with too many negative information in the electronic products can cherish life,respect life,care for others,and integrate into society.
