With the study on the relationship between the coaches and athletes,coaches,deep in the local study of leadership behavior,coaches behavior especially the coaches and athletes communication behavior research also gradually get attention.In this paper,some coaches and athletes of 9 children's amateur sports schools in Shanghai were studied,involving 18 sports.The questionnaire consists of two parts:description and evaluation.In the description part,the overall and individual coaches' descriptions of self-communication behaviors are analyzed.The overall and individual athlete's communication behavior of the coach is analyzed.In the evaluation part,the self-evaluation of different coaches,the evaluation of coaches,and the comparison between the self-assessment of the same sports school coaches and the evaluation of athletes were made.Conclusion:In the self-description of different gender coaches,female athletes think they pay more attention to athletes' self-esteem when criticizing athletes.The male trainer thinks he will be gentle with the athletes when he finds out that the athlete is wrong,but the female coach thinks he will be serious.According to the self-description of coaches of different ages,the coaches of 41-50 years old think that they will pay more attention to the personality characteristics of the athletes,and the consciousness of stratified teaching is better.In the description of the different gender athletes found that different gender athletes to be treated the way and emotional differences.In the condition of non competition,female athletes are usually patient and gentle treatment;State of the match,female athletes is usually serious,direct requirements,with the male athletes in different situation to be treated the way and the mood is just the opposite.Found in the description of the different age athletes and coaches to athletes age requirements more stringent,and eager to interact with them in announcing the training content;And treat most of the younger players to direct told the training content is given priority to,and pay more attention to their grades.Athletes who work on classified sports are rated less than athletes in other sports by the language of coaches and non-verbal communication.The comparison of coaches' self-assessment and athletes' evaluation shows that the cognitive difference between coaches and athletes in nonverbal communication is more prominent.
