Investigation And Research On The Present Situation Of College Students' Sports Literacy In Yunnan Province

In the past ten years,the word "sports accomplishment" has become a hot word.Sports literacy has been paid more and more attention by sports experts and sportsmen.This paper summarizes and analyzes the concept of sports literacy by experts.To explore the elements of the development of college students' sports literacy.So that the development of students' sports literacy can get theoretical support and practical guidance.Through expert interviews and literature review on sports literacy,the author defines sports literacy as the interaction of innate heredity,physical education and postnatal training,including the level of physical health,knowledge of physical education,awareness of physical education,and sports behavior.Sports morality and morality,The comprehensive accomplishment and ability of sports personality and so on.This article uses the mathematical statistics,the literature method,the expert interview method and so on.According to the principles of qualitative and quantitative analysis,invisible index and dominant index,and maneuverability,the model of sports literacy evaluation system was established.The investigation and analysis of the present situation of sports literacy of college students in Yunnan Province have drawn the following conclusions: the excellent rate of physical health level of university students in Yunnan Province is not high,the knowledge of physical education is general,the consciousness of sports is weak,and the model of sports cognition.Participation in sports level enthusiasm is not high,sports skills are not skilled,there are better sports morality.According to these conditions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to develop the sports literacy of college students in Yunnan,such as setting up the concept of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities,raising the students' interest in sports,setting up the concept of lifelong sports,improving the environment of sports,Cultivating students' sports interest,cultivating students' sports enthusiasm,improving PE teachers' sports literacy level,strengthening the popularization of sports knowledge and common sense,strengthening the constructionof campus sports culture,strengthening the sports behavior of college students;Pay attention to the development of students' personality,exercise out the ideological independence,self-training awareness of the new era of college students...
