| In our country,class is the main place for students to study and live.Students spend too much time in class,enough to see the importance of class psychological environment for students’ growth.With the development of psychological research,classroom psychological environment is not usually defined by the physical environment or class culture,but also the relationship between teachers and students,the relationship between students,order and discipline,competition and learning burden of integrated system in 5 dimensions.In the era of information,senior high school students put forward higher requirements in cognitive ability and self-monitoring ability.With the change of society,school education,especially high school education,should pay attention to learning and skills,and cultivate students’ learning motivation and academic self-efficacy.It has been found that the construction of class psychological environment contributes to the improvement of students’ academic self-efficacy,and promotes the learning motivation,learning behavior and academic achievement of senior high school students.In the current high school education mode in China,many schools ignore the improvement of students’ academic self-efficacy through the construction of class psychological environment to promote the improvement of students’ academic performance.Therefore,the author hopes to achieve the following objectives through this study:(1)from the point of view of education management,this paper studies the connotation of class psychological environment and its relationship with students’ academic self-efficacy.(2)the concept of class psychological environment and academic self-efficacy of the students to define,develop effective measurement tool class psychological environment and academic self-efficacy,in the aspect of educational management to provide recommendations to optimize classroom psychological environment construction for the school,for the cultivation of the students’ academic self-efficacy basis.This research uses questionnaire analysis method,firstly to test the questionnaire reliability and validity,and then through the regression equation model to verify the relationship hypothesis,finally using the method of analysis of independent samples T test and ANOVA difference method in the verification of the difference hypothesis.The research results show that:(1)academic self-efficacy in learning ability and learning behavior self-efficacy of students has a positive significant effect;and class psychological environment dimensions of teacher-student relationship,order and discipline learning achievement have significant positive impact on students,the relationship between students,competition and learning the burden of the three-dimensions of learning achievement has effect but not significant.(2)academic achievement and academic self-efficacy,classroom psychological environment had significant correlation,indicating the class psychological environment and students’ academic self-efficacy of students learning achievement has significant effect,and thetwo can effectively predict the academic performance of students. |
