According to the requirement of Education Ministry----high-efficient classroom and recent main difficulties of high school mathematics teaching,the paper aims to do a research on the feedback strategy of high school teaching.Teaching and learning can be regarded as a control process of information transmission and feedback between teachers and students.During the teaching process,the teacher outputs information and the students input information.Therefore,how to do teaching feedback well and make teaching and learning in an optimized and balanced state is a necessary condition and an important guarantee for effective and high-efficient teaching.On the other hand,in the current teaching and learning research,no matter what "type" and no matter what"strategy" of teaching should be assessed through a variety of students' feedback information.Therefore,any kind of teaching reform should be restricted by teaching feedback.Secondly,in high-stressed so many contents teaching of high school,improving the teaching effectiveness and adopting what kind of strategy to make teachers' feedback and the control of the classroom more efficient,timely and comprehensive are closely related.In conclusion,it is necessary to study "feedback"strategy in high school teaching and learning in order to improve teaching efficiency.Firstly,the paper does a systematic research on the classification of common teaching feedback.It includes five aspects:time,scope,object,degree and function.The paper states the five aspects simply.Secondly,the author does a research on detailed feedback strategies of before,during and after class according to the teaching time.The strategies include experience feedback and preview feedback strategy before the class;classroom board performance feedback,observation feedback,question-based feedback,hand-up feedback,information and technology feedback strategy in the class;homework checking feedback,doubtful points feedback and tests feedback strategy after the class.The paper has analyzed and compared these strategies.Based on the conceptual analysis,the paper has analyzed the specific methods and steps of test feedback strategy after the class,doubtful points feedback strategy and homework checking feedback strategy in detail.Besides,the author has selected classes to do experiment and analyze the teaching effect of experimental classes.Thus the data tells us effective teaching feedback strategy must have the following characters:comprehensive,accuracy,incentive and encouragement,variety and diversity,dominance and subjectivity.In addition,effective teaching feedback strategy should always take students as the main body in the concrete practice process,combine with the class reward and punishment and aim to cultivate students'learning habits.In conclusion,this paper is based on the common teaching feedback strategies and classification.The author has done a experiment and analyzed corresponding teaching strategies.At last,the author has concluded the importance of effective teaching feedback and the attention during the implement process.
