In 1995,according to the new situation with the needs of preschool education and the reform and development of kindergarten teachers,the State Education Commission developed a new three-year plan of kindergarten teacher,it's called the teaching plan of the three-year secondary normal school(trial).The program provides a very detailed specification for training specifications for the first time,such as changing the training goal to train the kindergarten teacher.Kindergarten teacher is the first teacher in the real sense of early childhood art education,because early childhood education has a direct impact on the development of children's potential.According to the specific conditions and actual situation of Kindergarten Normal School,this paper puts forward some opinions,thoughts and concrete measures.For example,to improve the students'appreciation of art is an important way to enhance comprehensive quality of knowledge of art theory and art skills.In one word,let the students learn the language of painting,and make a real understanding of the children's spiritual world;improve the teaching ability of kindergarten teachers,art learning interest and the comprehensive ability of art and interest.This article is composed of four parts:The first part focuses on understanding what is the art education in children's normal colleges and universities,who is the object cultivated by the art education in children's normal colleges and universities,what is the goal to train these art students in children's normal colleges and universities,the introduction of children's art education,what theoretical knowledge and skills the preschool students should know.The second part focuses on the description of the status and the causes of the art school in Fuzhou Normal School.The writer adopted a questionnaire survey,empirical summary method,literature collection method and so on.The third part focuses on teaching ideas,teaching skills,teaching methods,teaching experience and other methods to solve some practical problems,so that kindergarten art study becomes more perfect and efficient.The fourth part focuses on that the school teachers put forward some feasible programs and feasible strategies to improve the quality of kindergarten artists.The fifth part focuses on instructional design.More education and teaching methods are being better implemented in the future,more effective kindergarten art education will be appearing in the world.
