With the increasing numbers of kindergartens,a large amount of fresh teachers join in the troops of teaching since 2011.These are the fresh troops among kindergareners,and their specialized development has direct impacts on the quality of the groups of preschool teachers.Nowadays the researches about the PCK of these fresh men are usually shown in a form of“ comparison between the beginners and the experienced ones”.It is rarely can be seen that there are learners who will pay their attention to the group of these green hands,doing researches on them in detail.Although those are all newcomers,they do show their differences in the practical teaching gradually,because they comes from different places,receiving totally different pre-and –after trainings.The objects of this article aims at the studies of the current situation about these teaching beginners in math classes.This research regards those novice teachers,about 126 in total,with about 1 to 3 years teaching experience from 12 kindergartens of Hohhot as their research objects.This research mainly utilize the method of questionnaire and also employ the interviewing method and documentary method as assistances,studying the characteristics and the influence factors of the current teaching situation of these 126 teachers in the fields of math teaching.In this research,it is found that these teachers only have general or limited understanding about the knowledge teaching in math and the three dimensions.There are also other characteristics in this situation:The contents of math teaching: these novice teachers usually do not have a deeper grasp of the principle of the math.Besides they find it difficult to indentify the other concept except the core one.Additionally,they can not find out the essential connects between different mathematic knowledge.Theknowledge on children: the analysis of these novice teachers usually limited in Children's external performance.Moreover,they are not experienced in the possible mistakes which are made by children during the process of comprehending these mathematic concepts.The knowledge in teaching methods: these teachers can figure out the teaching strategies which are related to the principal concepts.In addition,they have troubles in adjusting their strategies in order to decrease the difficulties of the class activities.The results about the research on the influence factors concerning the math teaching of the novice teacher in kindergartens are achieved on the base of quantitative statistics of the questionnaire and the method of interview.The outcomes point out that there are significant differences on the levels of school qualification,teaching length and authorized strength about the teaching contents in math.What's more,these differences can also be seen in the knowledge on children in regard to authorized strength.After analyzing the current situation and the influence factors,The researchers give advices about what kinds of qualities they should be equipped with from the perspectives of their pre-service,after-service and themselves.Firstly,novice teachers are supposed to be well-equipped with the theories during the pre-service training : The courses in the universities should be helpful for students to develop their teaching knowledge.More practical classes and formations should be provided in the universities,and improving the qualifications for the contract teachers.Secondly,importance should be placed on practices during the post-service education.The contents of these trainings are required to be settled according to the personal differences,also the participative training can be utilizes during the process,and the discussion which focus on specific areas can also be organized.The experienced teachers can gather with the novice one to provide them with assistance.Finally,novice teachers should improve their knowledge structure with more motivations : increasing their interests in math by the way of comprehensive learning,and other measures should be taken to help them see the reflection on teaching as their inner demands,furthermore,they shouldalso lay solid foundation on teaching methods during practice.
