Research On The Problems And Counter Measures Of Music Education After The Transfer Of Enter Prise Schools

In recent years,the improvement of the competitiveness of enterprises has become a strong demand for many enterprises,and it has also been transferred to local areas by enterprise and schools and put on the agenda.However,in the process of transfer,there are many aspects of the problem.For example,the separation of enterprises and schools in administrative management,education funds,resources and teachers and so on.Taking Shijiazhuang 119th middle school as a case,this paper studies the problems and causes of music education after the transfer of business schools,and puts forward the countermeasures and prospects for future development of music education in schools.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part describes the historical background,significance,current situation and research ideas of the transfer of enterprises to schools,so as to understand the realistic foundation and significance of the transfer of enterprises to schools.The second part:the analysis of the transfer of local enterprises before the school music education development situation,separately from the music education management mode,the scale of education,students' practical skills,master degree of music music is the source of the education and management of funds and evaluation methods in the four aspects of the specific analysis.The third part:from two aspects of educational management and educational scale,it describes that the school music education is facing a problem after the transfer,and analyzes the causes of the problem from the personnel from affiliation relationship and the management of school,school enrollment and financial support,teachers' personnel change before and after the change.The fourth part is the prospect for the development of music education in the enterprise school,which is thought from a rational perspective and has strong reference significance.
