The Action Research Of The Embedded Community Service System Of The Private Social Work Institution

In recent years,the community service has become a trend.In Nanjing City,for example,in 2015,the public venture capital invested large amount of money for the purchase of services,the average per class of each project ranging from 30 thousand to 200 thousand yuan.We should pay attention to one type of these projects:Community Service Center project.In 2015,each district take out of 3 to 2 communities for the pilot,in which each community service center has 200 thousand yuan of funds.The successful social organization will be settled in the community,the main function is to provide public services and social organizations.Among these social organization,most are private social work institutions.Compared with the original community service system,as an "outcomer",private social work agency should focus on how to better integrate into the community environment,community service system will be embedded in social work research.This paper takes Nanjing J community service center as an example,using the methods of literature research,participant observation and interviews,the five phase action research model of Gerald Susman,combined with the embedding theory,through the course of action,the actual participation in the L social institutions settled J community service center and embedded J community service system concluded:the social organization embedded in the community service system is a long-term process,different stages are facing different tasks and challenges.In addition,when embedded in the community service system,the private social work organization will face many challenges:the community,streets,residents received a low degree of social organizations of their own lack of ability,problem embeddedness susceptible to project cycle effects,aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions,in order to promote the development of social organization embedded community service system.
