Mind map is an emerging thinking tool and a very efficient information processing system.It releases people's thinking from the neat but complicated writing expressions,and pays attention to the connection among various things in expressions so as to visualize the thinking.Mind map makes full use of divergent thinking and logical thinking.It gradually forms a system and framework of knowledge,and develops the infinite potential of the human brain.At present,the mind map has been widely used in all trades and professions,and through full understanding of its application in the field of education,the teaching efficiency can be effectively promoted.Focused on existing problems of current senior high school's human geography study,this thesis proposes the application strategy of the mind map in human geography teaching.Moreover,combined with the author's practical teaching,this article discusses how to apply mind mapping to high school human geography teaching to improve students' learning efficiency and arouse their interest.This research will use literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and experimental method to discuss the application and effect of mind map in senior high school's human geography teaching.This research can be divided into five parts:First of all,the introduction part explains the research background,research status,research significance and other aspects of mind map.Secondly,this thesis puts forward the concept of mind map and makes a dialectical analysis of mind map and concept map;moreover,it elaborates the theoretical basis of this research: whole brain theory,scaffolding theory and knowledge visualization;it also discusses the drawing rules and production process of the mind map,and compares the hand drawing with computer drawing.Thirdly,this thesis introduces the application of mind map in teaching practice in detail.In addition,it elaborates the application strategy of mind map and lists the teaching case of mind map based on the second compulsory course of human education edition.Fourthly,this thesis carries out an experimental research on the application effect of mind map in the teaching of human geography.Based on the results of two questionnaires before and after teaching,the thesis summarizes the effectiveness of mind map in the teaching of human geography.Finally,according to the application of mind map in the teaching practice of senior high school's human geography,this thesis comes to a conclusion and makes suggestions;besides,it puts forward the existing shortcomings and future prospects of the research.In the teaching of human geography,teachers should not only teach students the knowledge of geography,but also cultivate students' logical thinking ability to make them become more flexible to solve the problem of geography by using geographic knowledge.Through the author's research,it is concluded that the teaching strategy of mind map can effectively improve students' logical thinking ability and help them to strengthen their understanding and memorization of knowledge.At the same time,the process of drawing the mind map by students themselves is also the process of actively constructing knowledge.
