Class autonomous management is teachers' independent management class,and can let the student to participate in the class management and self-management,foster a high degree of autonomy,initiative and creative talent education management practice.Autonomy is mainly manifested in the students can be free to participate in the class management,can have enough say in class management and autonomy,to free choice in the role of class management and can have their own ideas;Initiative is reflected in the student class's and grade's managers rather than by managers,not external monitoring and infusion,but have an equal platform,students can self-thinking,self-talk,self-construction,stimulate the growth of the internal force;So-called creative,is that students can constantly sum up experience in managing a class,absorbing information from the outside,the completion of creative class management tasks,and in the success of again and again in building self-confidence,arouse enthusiasm,improve their own class management ability and level.Elementary school students in a poor self-control but preliminary development period of autonomy,in this period is also stimulate the students'awareness and ability of shaping independent critical period,so let the student autonomy through participation in class autonomous management way of education is necessary.This study mainly used the literature method,interview method and observation method,and described the current situation of students' independent management of H primary school from the five dimensions of class organization construction,daily management,activity management,learning management and moral education management,revealing the existing problems and analyzing the reasons,and finally making Suggestions.There are four parts in this paper.The first part defines the concept and characteristics of "class management" and "class independent management",and analyzes the value of self-management of the class.In the second part,according to the observation and interview results,The present situation of self-management of class H primary school is summarized,summarized and analyzed.The third part summarizes the problems existing in the independent management of H primary school and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth part proposes solutions to the above problems.The solutions mainly include the following six aspects:first,the head teacher should constantly improve himself in the class self-management;Second,the teacher will restore the students,and everyone participates in the construction of the class organization.Third,stimulate students' awareness of self-management and improve their ability of self-management;Fourth,carry out class management activities and build an independent class culture;Fifth,implement the evaluation plan of class self-management;Sixth,integrate education power and promote the development of self-management of the class.
