The core of education is teaching as well as the core of teaching is the teacher.The most important method of mathematics education is classroom teaching while the effectiveness of classroom teaching determines the effect of teaching.While judging the effectiveness of teaching procedures in mathematics classroom teaching,the achivement of teaching goals always matters.As a result,only a math teacher who acquires profound knowledge is qualified for teaching.With the development of mathematics education research,experts and scholars believe that MPCK is very important for the professional development of mathematics teachers,and also the effectiveness of high school mathematics classroom teaching.This article is mainly from two angles-teachers and students.,and uses investigation method,interview method,observation method and literature method to analyse the effectiveness in high school mathematics classroom teaching.Moreover,combining MPCK especially for mathematics teachers,it also establishes a preliminary standard for judging the effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching and gives some advice on how to improve the effectiveness in mathematics classroom teaching.Before writing this paper,many literature and books are consulted.In this paper,based on a large number of previous studies on MPCK and the effectiveness of high.school mathematics classroom,the paper studies the effectiveness of the high school mathematics classroom teaching more deeply.The first chapter mainly expounds the method and significance of studying the effectiveness of high school mathematics classroom from the perspective of MPCK.Next,the article gives a clear definition on"MPCK","the high school mathematics classroom effective teaching" and relevant concepts.And it also recalls the current research status at home and abroad,makes a detailed explanation on the current status of high school mathematics teachers in MPCK,and sort out outstanding teachers with MPCK and MPCK class composition.In the third chapter,using a senior middle school in Sichuan province and two senior high school mathematics teachers in this school as the research object,the author tries to figure out the elements of MPCK and the results of the survey.One teacher is very experienced and famous while the other is rich in experience.At the same time,combining the theoretical knowledge of MPCK,the author designs the questionnaire for students to learn the two math teachers' MPCK from the students' point of view.This questionnaire consists of five dimensions of MPCK:mathematics teachers' professional knowledge,teaching strategies and representation knowledge,teaching goal scene knowledge and relevant knowledge about students.Finally,the effective questionnaires were analyzed and results showed that the teachers of mathematics and new teachers have significant differences in the knowledge of teaching strategies and the analysis of students.And these also have a great impact on the effectiveness of mathematics teaching.In the fourth chapter,the in-depth interview and analysis from 5 dimensions in MPCK are carried out on the two teachers.And the famous experienced teacher puts forward the following suggestions for teachers:a qualified mathematics teacher should understand the nature of high school curriculum in mathematics,basic ideas and goals,acquire the basic teaching process,master basic mathematics teaching methods,the content of mathematics teaching,high school mathematics learning mode and etc;secondly a qualified teacher is supposed to use teaching strategies reasonably,such as the use of multimedia.Secondly,not only understand the teaching goal and situation knowledge,but also have some knowledge about students.At last,the author makes a deep analysis on the teaching situation of the famous teacher of mathematics,and draws the reason of the effectiveness of the classroom teaching.Combining the observation of mathematics teachers' classroom teaching,interviewing content and students' questionnaire,this paper summarizes the developing strategies and suggestions for high school mathematics teachers' MPCK:(1)enhance teachers' self-development consciousness;(2)cultivate teachers' reflective habits;(3)strengthen the use of multimedia teaching equipment;(4)optimize the training for in-service teachers;(5)promote lifelong study.And the article finally give a list of the effectiveness evaluation criteria of high school mathematics classroom from the perspective of MPCK.The significance of this study is to explore the influence of high school mathematics teachers' MPCK on the effectiveness of the high school mathematics classroom teaching,give some strategies on the effectiveness of the high school mathematics classroom teaching through analyzing the previous theories and practical research.This can not only help teachers' reflection on current teaching situation and improve the effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching,but also lead to a better high school mathematics teacher's teaching work.
