The personal development of students and the quality of a class depends not only on the background of the school and the level of students,but also on teachers,those who play a leading role in teaching activities.Teachers' professional literacy reflect directly on the teaching situation,and the degree of teachers' professional literacy influence the process of education reform.Improve every aspect of the teaching situation and teachers' professional literacy effectively can help education administration departments have a more clear understanding of the present educational situation and the professional literacy of teachers,then find the problems,identify problems and improve the problems.And this will become the new direction for the quality-oriented education reform and have a strong push towards the quality-oriented education,providing supports to the mathematics curriculum reform in Hubei province.This article discusses the background,the purpose,the questions and the methods of the research.On the basis of literature review,this paper discusses the research framework of math teaching in junior middle school,clarifies the essential connotation of the teacher's professional quality and constructs the dimension of the professional quality of math teachers on a theoretical level,and clarifies the design and the process of the questionnaire.Through questionnaire and interview,this paper get to know the present situation of mathematics teaching and teachers' professional literacy in Hubei junior middle school by analyzing data of the questionnaire and results of the interview.Finally,provide suggestions on how to improve the teaching status and professional quality of mathematics teachers.
