Research On The Development Of Modern Distance Education And Agricultural Informatization Construction

With the conclusion of the third government work report of the Twelfth National People's Congress,the first task of using the "Internet" as an informatization strategy was put on the agenda.Among them,the outline clearly states that it is necessary to promote the modernization of agriculture,strengthen the integration of the agricultural industry,build a modernized agricultural philosophy,and develop new types of agriculture as the goal.As a large agricultural country,the development of agriculture in our country is inseparable from the efforts of all farmers.As the vanguard of rural construction and agricultural production,we are responsible for modern agricultural construction and promote the development of agricultural modernization and informatization,so the comprehensive quality of farmers Capacity plays a crucial role in China's agricultural modernization and new rural construction.However,in recent years,there has been a massive outflow of rural population in our country,and the overall quality of rural left-behind personnel has generally been low.This has brought great difficulties to the construction of new rural areas and the development of agricultural informationization.Under this background,how to improve the overall cultural quality of the rural population and accelerate the development of agriculture and rural areas has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the development process in China.Education is the only way to improve the overall quality of human beings.China has a large rural population and is loosely distributed.The traditional face-to-face education model is limited by human resources,economy,time,and space and is difficult to carry out in rural China.Modern distance education in modern agriculture is a novel method of education.It has the advantages of "distance,openness,multimedia,and networking" and can solve the learning difficulties of intermittent and decentralized farmers.In a comprehensive view,the most convenient,most economical,and most effective way to improve the overall quality of the rural population in China is distance education.This paper collects relevant information of agricultural distance education and agricultural information construction in Jiangsu Province and analyzes them.It finds that modern agricultural distance education is of great significance to the construction of new countryside and the construction of agricultural information,and the comprehensive quality of farmers and the transformation of the agricultural industry.The upgrading and improvement of the agricultural structure play a decisive role.It plays a crucial role in improving the level of rural economy,the level of education,the overall quality of the rural population,and the development of the agricultural structure.This paper reviews the distance agricultural education and agricultural informatization,and compares and analyzes the development course and achievements of excellent agricultural distance education at home and abroad.It also provides background on the development of agriculture in Jiangsu Province,the background,development history,development status,and agriculture of long-distance education in Jiangsu Province.The results of informationization construction are elaborated,the existing problems are analyzed in depth,and suggestions for development are put forward.
