The development of university teachers is of great significance to enhance the quality of higher education,but the current domestic research mainly focus on the professional competence of teachers,pay Less attention to teachers' living environment,treatment status,physical and mental health which affect teachers' overall development.The shortage of related research makes it difficult to find the breakthrough of bottleneck in the development of College Teachers in our country,and can not achieve the substantial promotion of the development of teachers.Therefore,using the methods of literature analysis and analytic hierarchy process,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of University Teachers' development from three aspects of teachers' professional development,teachers' physical and mental development,and the development of school organization.Exhibition.The main research work of this paper includes:1.Construction of evaluation index system for teachers' development in Colleges and Universities.Through literature review,we comb the relevant educational indicators and teacher indicators at home and abroad,and then analyze the historical development,connotation and characteristics of teacher development.In this theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,occupation development theory,university teachers ability development theory support,this study suggests that the development of university teachers requires full attention and respect teachers are competent,also need to pay attention to teachers'continuing education.The development of college teachers should not only pay full attention to teachers' professional ability,but also pay attention to the physical and mental health and treatment status of teachers.According to this,the paper studies the actual situation of College Teachers in China,and constructs a monitoring index system for the development level of university teachers in China.In the selection of evaluation indicators,through literature reading and research combing,we screened and refined,and determined the three aspects of monitoring teachers' professional development,teachers' professional development and school organization development,2.Research on the method of confirming the right of the index system.In the division of evaluation weights,using AHP,the evaluation indicators by AHP,step-by-step calculation and determine the weight of evaluation index,and ultimately build a more scientific and reasonable,strong operability of university teachers in our country development level monitoring index system.3.The case study of the index system.In order to test the feasibility of the index system,the paper selected two colleges of Huazhong Normal University to carry out specific case applications,clarify the application ideas of the index system,and provide guidance for the application of the index system in other colleges and universities.The index system constructed by this study provides a more comprehensive and objective evaluation mechanism for the development of current higher school teachers.It can help colleges and universities to find the maladies of development,adopt targeted solutions,break through the bottleneck of development,and help colleges and universities to improve the current situation of teachers' development and improve the quality of education.
