Teachers' professional development and teachers' evaluation are two seemingly relatively independent in the school education,but closely related field.Teachers are the first resourse of the education and teachers' professional development is one of the important measures to guarantee the quality of teachers.Teachers' evaluation has played a role of guidence and control for the teachers' professional development.Therefore,based on teachers' professional development of teachers' evaluation for the teacher development,student development and school development has an huge influence,and it also will become the important theme of the academic research in the future.However,the current study of their effective correlation and relationship is somewhat scattered,and the depth is also insufficient.This make the positive role of teachers' evaluation for teachers' professional development can not fully play.The paper mainly used the questionaire survey method.Three secondary schools were randomly selected and their teachers were surveyed.The main content of the survey was effect of the existing scheme of the teachers' evaluation and its influence on the teachers' professional development.Through the survey,it found that there were some problems in the implementation of the teachers' professional development of teachers' evaluation.Such as,the fuzzy purpose and utilitarian use of the teachers'evaluation,the lack of subject status of teachers to participate in the evaluation scheme,single assessment methods,improving the content of evaluation indexes and weights allocation,lack of effective of evaluation feedback and follow-up work,the current situation of teachers' professional development being not optimistic,less esteemed for evaluation and the role of evaluation to the teachers' professional development being not obvious.To play the role of teachers' evaluation and realize the effectiveness of bi-directional construction of the the teachers' professional development and teachers' evaluation,the paper put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.In terms of teachers'evaluation itself,it need to optimize and improve in the following aspects.For example,the purpose of evaluation,the mobilization of evaluation,standard and index of evaluation,evaluation subject and weight distribution,the evaluation methods,evaluation feedback and follow-up work.In addition,in order to conscientiously achieve and strengthen the ideal effect which can be effectively promoted,mutual constucted and generated between the teachers' professional development and teachers' evaluation,this paper put forward some thinking from the concetion of education,the ideas of teachers',the conception of evaluation,the culture of school,the headmaster's core leading role and introducing the third party assessment mechanism and so on which was based on perspective of age and social development.And it hopes that by doing the above we can provide some beneficial reference and enlightenment for the research and practice in this field.
