| This study takes the characteristics of female yoga instructors in Lanzhou District as the research object.Through the analysis of long-term regular yoga practitioners’ physical constitution,the effect of yoga practice on physical fitness is explored,thus providing a scientific basis for the implementation of yoga in the national fitness program..Use literature data method,mathematical statistics method,measurement method.Use literature data method,mathematical statistics method,measurement method.To study and analyze the characteristics of physical fitness,cardiorespiratory fitness,muscle fitness,flexibility,and balance of female yoga instructors in Lanzhou.The results show:1.Body shape: waist-to-hip ratio and BMI values of yoga instructors of different ages are 0.85% and 18.5 to 22.9 kg/m2,respectively;2.Cardiopulmonary fitness: Compared with ordinary people,the yoga instructor’s quiet heart rate,step index,and respiratory difference were all not significantly different,and continuous vital capacity showed an increased state.3.muscle fitness: Compared with the general population,yoga instructors grip greater;different age female yoga instructor back,supine abdominal volume,squatting support in 50 ~ 62.92 kg,43.57 ~ 46 times,18.08 ~ 21.92 Times;4.Flexibility: Compared with the general population,yoga instructors have higher body flexion;women’s yoga instructors in different age groups have rotating arms,shoulder sticks,and two-handed back hooks at 58.03 to 47.10 degrees and 72.56 to66.26 cm,respectively.8.73 cm to 11.9cm;5.Balance: Compared with the general population,yoga instructors have a longer time to stand with their eyes closed on one foot than the general population.Through research,it has been found that long-term regular yoga exercises can promote body shape,such as improving waist-to-hip ratio,body fat percentage,and BMI;long-term regular yoga exercises have no obvious improvement in cardiovascular function;but endurance to respiratory muscles improves.Obviously,yoga practitioners should increase their practice of cardiopulmonary functions to promote overall physical health such as rapid walking,jogging,cycling,swimming,etc.;long-term regular yoga exercises on endurance,grip strength,and abdominal muscle endurance All have significant improvements;long-term regular yoga exercises have improved the flexibility of the shoulders,trunk,lower back,and back of the legs;long-term regular yoga practice can improve the balance of the body. |
