Under the current Chinese education system,academic achievement is still a hot topic that people are widely concerned about.Academic performance may reflect student learning outcomes,which will not only determine the future prospects for the development of students,but also reflect the quality of education in schools,and thus causes the differences in academic performance,conduct in-depth discussion and analysis,there are still practical significance.Junior high school students during the period of youth development are at the critical stage of the construction of morality and future ideals.Its academic performance is affected by many factors,and the family is the place where the middle school students are most closely linked.Family education is the basis of school education and social education.The importance of family education is self-evident.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction of the article.It mainly discusses the background and significance of the research related issues,the content of the research as well as the research methods,domestic and foreign literature review.The second part is mainly related concepts and theoretical basis.It mainly defines the related concepts of academic performance and family factors,and introduces the theoretical basis of this research.The third part is based on the CEPS baseline survey data from the China Education Tracking Survey,which analyzes the basic conditions of the family environment in China's middle school students,including the description of the relationship between parental education,family economic conditions,family relationships,parental career,and educational expectations.The selection of the independent variables of family factors is mainly achieved through researching the family-related content of the questionnaire,combing and summarizing them.The fourth part is a multivariate statistical logistic model empirical analysis,to explore the impact of family factors on the student's academic performance.The fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations section.It is mainly based on the above findings and analysis,and aims to improve junior high school students' academic performance,and put forward some suggestions for family education,school management and social policy.Through the quantification of the impact of various factors in family factors on the academic performance of junior high school students,the analysis shows that the main influencing factors are parental expectations and family relationships.Through the analysis of the differences in the individual results caused by the influencing factors,a regular summary is made,the causes are analyzed,the problems are explored in depth,and reasonable suggestions are given in connection with the problems.
