Family travel has developed in the form of family tourism abroad,and the related tourism resources development and product design have been well established.With the improvement of national standard of living in China,the concept of education has been developing continuously.Parents are very concerned with children's health of body and mind,especially the relationship of parents and children.As a result,family travel has gradually entered into the public consciousness as a new form of business.Travelling will increase the knowledge of children,improve the communication of parents,and establish a good relationship between parents and children and the family atmosphere.The unique natural and human resources in Harbin have laid a good foundation for the development of family travel,but the market development is still in the primary stage at present.To deepen and consummate the research system of tourism theory and to explore the effective implementation path,this study takes family travel market in Harbin city as the research object and analyze supply and demand and grasp the key issues in the exploration and development by drawing on the practical results of research at home and abroad,and use the advanced theory of experiential marketing to explore the relevance and feasibility of the tourism market the development of the.This study does not only have the important guiding significance for the development of family travel in Harbin,but also provides some references for other areas to develop similar industry.The research and exploration in this field has become a hot spot in the development and innovation of the tourism industry.Aimed at the connotation of family travel,this paper arranges and comments on the main points through documentary analysis.Family travel differs from traditional sightseeing and children's amusement tour.It takes parents and children together as the main body of tourism.The source of theoretical foundation of family travel mainly adopts the development stage of the social psychology of Erickson theory,travel experience marketing theory,combined with the maneuverability of tourism project expand.By questionnaire survey on the parents of children aged 6 to 12 in Harbin area,their basic characteristic,tourism behavior,related cognition etc.are analyzed in order to comprehend the demand characteristics of local tourists.On the basis of this,the supply status of related tourism in the region is compared.At present,the features of the family travel project are fuzzy and the services are similar.Meanwhile the competition between channel merchants is increasingly fierce and the cost of marketing is advancing.According to the analysis of supply and demand,this study takes tourism experience as the core,first establishes the family travel product system and integrates tourism elements to designs parent-child cultural tours,science educational tours,ice and snow tour,rural tour and ecological tour,five categories of family travel;secondly,analyzes the price strategy,sales channel,promotion means and so on,and takes full consideration of the particularity of family travel to realize the full media marketing and multi-channel expansion;finally,tries to utilize the means of value communication,experience communication and word-of-mouth communication to realize the establishment and development of family travel brand.
