Since reform and opening up,with the rapid development of economic and social demand for talents and training are also put forward new requirements,more and more schools are playing in the new curriculum and teaching reform.In school teaching reform,the change of main body is an expert on behalf of the state will no longer but the first-line teachers,their characteristics and combines the actual conditions of the school actively carry out the teaching with the characteristic of this school change independently.Specific for school teaching independent change namely school consciously,actively according to the actual situation of the teaching reform,it focuses on the students' intrinsic value transformation,to break the plight of the current teaching reform,to schools,teachers and students are all put forward new requirements.At present,there is a group of schools has achieved certain success in the teaching of autonomous change,cause the extensive concern of the education and gradually become a trend of school reform in China.This study begins with the spontaneous trend of the school's teaching revolution:the transformation of teaching,the deepening of teaching reform and the displacement of the subject of change;Secondly,through the school level and the teacher level,the paper discusses the factors that influence the formation of the practice paradigm of the independent reform of school teaching,such as school-running concept,school culture,teaching habits and professional learning community,etc.Again,this paper analyzes the current our country the present situation of the school teaching of autonomous change,through to the Nanjing's Lang Yalu elementary school:paradigm construction of integrated curriculum and teaching practice;Laizhou's Jincheng secondary school:based on local resources,the development characteristics of school-based curriculum;Qingdao Laoshan's the second school:natural division of material teaching,promote the common development between teachers and students.Through analysis of the three cases,discuss the progress in the teaching of autonomous change of some actual effect;Finally,the author puts forward some constructive reflections on the practice paradigm of teaching independent reform in the school,with a view to providing some useful inspirations and suggestions for the reform of our school.The practice paradigm of school teaching reform is the sharing of teaching,teaching behavior and teaching norms formed by the community of teaching practice in the independent transformation of schools,as well as the practice paradigm formed by change,which also has the guiding and normative role for the independent change of teaching.In this work,through that introduction of the individual case,the paper analyze the practical and practical and existent problem that the school has formed in the teaching of the teaching,and put forward the thought and suggestion to learn from the experience of teaching the university to form the independent change practice in the teaching autonomous change.
