| The high training quality in engineering universities are the important supporting force to build a powerful country of science and technology,so it shoulders the heavy task of transporting high quality scientific,technological innovative talents and applying talents for the country and society.With the expansion of undergraduate enrollment scale year by year,the quality of talent training has been paid more and more attention.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the evaluation index system of undergraduate talentsundefined training quality in science and engineering,and to put forward the countermeasures to improving the quality of talents training through empirical analysis.In this study,the related concepts of the quality of undergraduate talents training in science and engineering are expounded,the characteristics of science and engineering colleges and the objectives of cultivating undergraduate talents in science and engineering colleges are put forward,and the colleges of science and technology in Heilongjiang Province are divided.Firstly,make the preparation for empirical analysis,and a brief introduction to educational quality and educational evaluation.Secondly,the overall training quality of Heilongjiang Polytechnic College is analyzed in detail.The seven universities of science and technology in Heilongjiang Province are divided into three levels according to the rank of the universities of science and technology.Then,the quality of students in the universities of science and technology in Heilongjiang Province is analyzed.The three aspects of learning and employment quality are analyzed by questionnaire and the form of consulting materials,which makes preparation for the construction of evaluation system and empirical analysis below.Then,select the evaluation index of undergraduate talents training in science and technology colleges,and analyze the students and teachers of Heilongjiang Polytechnic University on the basis of the questionnaire.Experts and scholars,as well as each employing unit of undergraduating talent training quality evaluation of the importance of the degree of recognition,through the SPSS19.0 data statistics software to analyze the data,remove the important degree of recognition of the indicators.Finally,it is determined that the quality evaluation index of undergraduate talents training in science and technology colleges should include five first-class indexes,which is comprehensive quality,knowledge structure,employment competitiveness,innovation ability,employment quality and 21 second-level indicators.The weighted principal component analysis method is used to determine the index weight.From the result of index weight,we can know that the ability of multiple and logical thinking,the ability of using tools and the ability of innovation occupy the largest proportion,and the undergraduate teaching of science and technology colleges should focus on the cultivation of the students’ abilities.Furthermore,combine with the index weight obtained,through the form of questionnaire investigation of undergraduate students and graduates within three years after graduation,using TOPSIS evaluation method,we can get the rank of undergraduate talent training quality in Heilongjiang Polytechnic University.Finally,from the studentsundefined own level,the school training level,the national and the social level three levels to improve the undergraduate training quality in Heilongjiang Province engineering universities. |
