“The national medium and long term education reform and development program(2010-2020)” requests that the country should strive to improve the quality of teachers,and try to make a high-quality professional teachers team that has noble morality,business skills,reasonable structure and full of vitality.In order to improve the quality of teachers,strengthen the quality of education,and realize the scientific management of teachers in secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to evaluate the work of teachers in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,how to evaluate teachers' skills scientifically and rationally has become an important part of the school management,and fundamentally speaking,the skills evaluation of teachers from the teacher team research is actually a comprehensive evaluation on teachers' personal skills.This dissertation will make a evaluation research on the teachers skills of the teachers team of C Secondary Vocational School,and the school is the national secondary vocational education reform and development demonstration school and the national key secondary vocational school,and the research on the teachers team of the selected school is representative,and the research conclusion can be used in other secondary vocational schools.This dissertation is based on the theory of personnel evaluation and selection in modern personnel management,through the organic integration of the collected data,and combined with the evaluation method of personnel evaluation and selection theory,and makes a detailed analysis of the present situation of the teachers' structure in C Secondary Vocational School,the basic content of the current teacher evaluation scheme and the existing problems and the causes of the present evaluation scheme.Combining with the features of teachers' teaching in the Secondary Vocational School,and according to the actual work of the education reform,and combining literature to the national requirements for the Secondary Vocational School,the Delphi method is used to establish the evaluation index system,and the AHP method is used to set up the index weights,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the teachers.This dissertation also studies the implementation steps and the feedback of the evaluation results.This study has a strong practicality,with the establishment of a secondary vocational school teachers' skills evaluation system,the future development of the school teachers has a positive practical significance.
