Research On Specialty Establishment And Adaption Of Regional Industry Development In Vocational Colleges In The Mountainous Area Of Northern Guangdong

Mountain areas in northern Guangdong Province,as a region with comparative economic backward,is urgent to rise the level of educational modernization and accelerate the development of vocational education.The adaptability study of major setting in higher vocational colleges of northern mountain areas between the regional industry can not only push the further development of economically disadvantaged areas but also be beneficial to the scientific management of major setting and the improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.By using the methods such as literature research,survey method,system analysis method,according to the theory of higher vocational colleges professional settings and regional industry adaptive to analyze the situation of industry development,development within the industry,the industry internal structure around the city in mountainous areas and the development trend of employees.All these lead to the analysis of the demand for talents.At present,the demand for talents in the mountainous area of northern Guangdong province shows that the first industry shorts for the talents,the second industry is basically saturated the needs and the third industry is surplus for talents.The survey was conducted on 5 vocational colleges in the mountainous area of northern Guangdong province,classified and analyzed according to the distribution of industry and city.Found that the majors setting in higher vocational colleges in the mountainous area takes tertiary industry as the main body in the structure and the first and second industry majors' coverage is low,which form a professional characteristic of relatively concentrated and adapted to modern industry.From the perspective of industrial development,the majors setting of the second industry in the mountainous area of northern Guangdong province is basically matched,the majors setting of the first industry is not suitable for the development,and the majors setting of the tertiary industry in the northern Guangdong province is beyond its development.The trend of the majors setting development in Shaoguan,Heyuan,Qingyuan and Yunfu is the same as the general trend in the mountainous area of Guangdong.Majors setting in higher vocational colleges in northern Guangdong mountainous areas still have the problems of lacking of industries related majors,low aggregation and the low coverage of majors setting.The construction of major group in northern Guangdong need to improve.First,take northern Guangdong mountainous areas as a whole,to put forward the advice in building the characteristics of professional group of northern Guangdong industry,to set up an interactive platform between the colleges and the enterprises to strengthen the adaptability of the majors setting in northern Guangdong mountainous areas.Second,filling up the clear areas,constructing the feasible structure of majors setting and establishing the majors setting system which combines the traditions and characteristics are the ways to solve the problems of inadaptability of majors setting in northern Guangdong mountainous areas.Third,an early warning system of majors setting needs,a management system and an evaluative system of majors setting are been built to optimize the adaptability of the tertiary industry in northern Guangdong mountainous areas.Forth,it gives the specific strategies of developing in the respect of each city in the northern Guangdong mountainous areas...
