| Secondary vocational Education is responsible for training high-quality talents for social and economic development.In the process of talent training,secondary vocational schools should focus on improving students’ professional ethics,vocational skills and employment and entrepreneurial ability,and highlight professional ethics education with good faith and dedication.Accounting major is closely related to economy,so the courses of it should not only strengthen the skills,also pay attention to morality.It is significant to explore the training mode of moral and skills when schools cultivate the skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit.Referring to related research results of personnel training mode,information was collected by means of questionnaires and interviews,using Chen Deng vocational technology school,Shunde District,Foshan City as a research sample and a practice base.186 companies,185 graduates of recent three years,224 students,210 students’ parents,11 vocational schools were surveyed respectively from accounting post ability and quality requirements,education of vocational accounting,situation of graduate employment,learning needs of students and teaching advice from parents.Deep interviews were conducted with 30 corporate representatives on the training of school-enterprise cooperation talents.Survey and interview results show that the enterprises require students from accounting major to have both ability and political integrity.Posts for graduates are mainly accountants,cashiers,clerks(accounting assistant)and store management,etc..Students employment shows great promise for the future and develops fast.However,there are also some problems,such as a gap between talent training and requirements of enterprise posts,curriculum system does not meet the requirements of talents cultivation,school-enterprise cooperation is not implemented.Therefore,enterprises put forward a suggestion: attaching importance to professional ethics training of students and improving their professional skills.Under the guidance of the theory and policy of vocational education,based on the research results,we construct the talent training mode of " Equal emphasis on morality and skill & Five stages of progressive development".we analyze accounting profession ability,construct the curriculum system,work on the accounting professional teaching standards and core curriculum course standard with industry and local characteristics.We also develop teaching resource platform,implement real integration teaching and carry on university-enterprise cooperation.Personnel training process is divided into " Lay the foundation-Textual research books-Strong skills-Familiar jobs-Into the enterprise" five stages.The professional ethics education is fused into professional learning and skills training.At various stages,professional ethics education and professional skills training are gradually deepened,in order to realize training target.According to the practice of this model in the education of the students,students are law-abiding,honest,trustworthy,dedicated,cooperative,disinterested and self-discipline.The accounting knowledge and skills are strengthened,while students’ employment competitiveness and sustainable development are improved.Equal emphasis on morality and skill is a cultivation idea as well as a training goal,emphasizing both professional ethics and professional skills.Five stages of progressive development is a train path and cultivation means to complete the learning task in stages.In addition to enriching the theory and improving the skills,we should improve the moral character of students.This model can provide a sample for the construction and development of the accounting profession in the secondary vocational schools,so as to provide references for the promotion of education and teaching reforms and improvement of the quality of talents training. |
