A Practical Study On The Involvement Of Group Word In Leadership Of Community Leaders

Since the 1990 s,China has been promoting community building and encouraging people from all walks of life to participate in community building.At present,China is in a crucial period of deepening reform,accelerating the implementation of innovation-driven strategy,adjusting economic structure and effectively changing the way of economic development.As a part of social development,the governance of community is getting more and more attention and expectation from all levels of society.As an active promoter and participant of community construction,community leaders play an important role in the establishment of community governance structure and order.But because community leaders mainly focus on a group of retired people who are enthusiastic about public welfare,most people have a prejudice against them.They think they are involved in community affairs just to kill time and not pay enough attention to their resources and abilities.As the inherent resources of the community itself,we must make full use of its own advantages so as to make the community construction develop.But how can we develop the advantages of community leaders in a complex and changing social environment? What are the current abilities of community leaders? How to cultivate or improve their ability? In view of this situation,this article raises the issue of enhancing community leaders' leadership.This paper selects the most representative D community leaders in Chengdu as the research object,and adopts the method of questionnaire and interview.Through the analysis of the generation mechanism of community leaders,this paper analyzes the individual characteristics,motivation and difficulties of community leaders.This paper is based on the five force model of leadership and group dynamics,and discusses the status of leadership of D community leaders from the inspiring,foresight,influence,control and decision-making power of community leaders.Through the needs analysis,design the group activity plan for the problems existing in D community leaders.Through the analysis of the group dynamic factors and the dynamic process of group work in the preparatory stage,development stage and end stage,this paper discusses how group motivation promotes the realization of group goals.After 7 group activities,the evaluation showed that the leadership of D community leaders improved significantly.Specifically,in terms of charisma,the emotional needs of the group members are satisfied and the self-confidence of the group members has been greatly improved.In terms of foresight,the ability of group members to develop goals is improved,and the development of their own groups can be guided and the direction of team development should be clearly defined.In terms of influence,team members' communication patterns have changed,and the errors caused by communication can be clearly found.In terms of decision-making ability and control ability,the change of team members is not high,but there is also a marked improvement in planning and conflict control ability.Therefore,under the guidance of group dynamics,group work is operable to improve the leadership of community leaders,and helps to promote the process of community development.
