Under the historical background of “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,as the fresh blood of the entrepreneurial team,college students are an important force for innovation and entrepreneurship,so they have received a lot of attention and strong support from the state and society.From the top-level design,to implement step-by-step,the Chinese government has worked hard to provide a good incubation environment and training mechanism for college students.More and more college students intends to talk about innovation and entrepreneurship,all of them rubbing their hands and eager to try.According to the 2016 Chinese college student entrepreneurship report released by renmin university of China,nearly 90 percent of Chinese college students have the intention of starting a business,and 20 percent have strong intention.However,the number of graduates who started their own business in2016 is only about 3 per cent of the total.Among these college students,the success rate is only about 2%.This figure is well below the success rate of the average enterprise,and is also less than 20% to 30% of the entrepreneurial success rate of college students in Europe and America.It is clear that college students need to be more prepared before embarking on a wave of entrepreneurship.One of the most important questions is whether or not you have the ability to start a business,and how to scientifically evaluate the competency of college students is the key to solving this problem.According to past experience,the characteristics that a successful entrepreneur has are similar and regular.Therefore,based on the literature research,this paper extracts a lot of information related to entrepreneurial competency.This paper establishes a competency evaluation model for college students' entrepreneurial competency based on the application of procedural grounded theory and intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchical analysis.The details are as follows:The first chapter,has been clear about the research background and research significance,around the study it collected the relevant academic research results at home and abroad in recent years,sorting and analyzing the successful entrepreneurialcompetency elements.It is found that there are few researches on the competency of college students at the team level.Therefore,the research of this paper has increased the evaluation research on the team level and enriched the quantitative research results in this field.This chapter also sorts out the research idea of the whole text,forms the technical route.The second chapter summarizes the basic knowledge of theory,mainly includes the programming method of procedural rooted theory method and the development course of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the basic theory and the application process,which lay a good foundation for subsequent research.The third chapter is to develop the index evaluation system of the competency of college students by using the method of procedural grounded theory.This chapter describes in detail how to apply the procedural theory method to conclude the system of competency assessment for college students.First of all,by collecting the interview materials of the entrepreneurial students,the critical articles of the mainstream media,and the grading standards of the entrepreneurship competitions held by universities,the paper is the basis for the coding.The open coding,spindle coding and theoretical coding are gradually carried out according to the procedure.In addition,the academic literature is constantly compared to find theoretical support,and finally,the system of competency assessment for college students is constructed,and the evaluation system is used as the indicator system in the subsequent evaluation model.In chapter four we apply intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to construct the competency evaluation model for college students.Through simulation,the competency of college students is divided into three levels: high,medium and low.Through an example,a group of entrepreneurs are evaluated based on intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.The fifth chapter,in order to further study the evaluation of college students' entrepreneurial competence of team,in this paper,the existing application of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process have been slightly changed,which was graded on team score instead of personal score.It enrich the team level of entrepreneurial competence theory of quantitative evaluation results.In the end,the paper reviews and summarizes the whole study.And the future research development is prospected.
