Teaching Design Optimization And Application Research Based On Analysis Of Education Evaluation Data

In the teaching process on the phases of students learning results data collected normalized analysis,is the key to optimize and improve the teaching.Education evaluation data support for the teaching not only from the diagnostic evaluation of process evaluation,more important can make the teaching from based on experience to based on data analysis and adjustment of teaching design and the implementation process is more precise and more scientific.Research mainly solve how to optimize the teaching design,education measurement data from the discovery of problems and put forward to solve the problem of the design and implementation,in order to solve education can guide what aspects of the teaching evaluation data for the research train of thought,improve teachers' education teaching efficiency and students' study effect,for the purpose of using literature study,investigation study method and the design method and other research methods,through interviews with teachers,out/reading teaching behavior observation and preparation before class,and observation of classroom interaction and so on use of teacher education evaluation data system,analysis of the current situation of and problems of teachers in the process of actual use,select the appropriate solution for problem,determine the optimization scheme.Research will study from the analysis,learning objectives,learning content,learning evaluation and feedback in five aspects of the optimization of the specific interpretation,determine the optimized teaching process,using the education evaluation data analysis to determine the starting point of learning,design quantifiable learning goals,choose to suit the learner's learning content,and accurate evaluation of teaching quality,personalized learning feedback in a timely manner,so as to achieve the goal of optimizing teaching.Selected discretionarily in the process of research,an experiment class students as the research object,determine to physics course design optimization scheme for the implementation of teaching object,optimize continuously in the implementation process improvement,validation effect,whether can promote the improvement of students' test scores.Research results: 1)to construct the teaching optimization model based on the education evaluation data,and according to its design the teaching optimization scheme,is beneficial to improve the teaching effect,teachers have more time for students in counseling,student's result also to have certain to improve,at the same time,the student to teacher give evaluation and feedback with a positive attitude,and hope the teacher can continue to provide.2)teachers use consciousness and ability of education evaluation data have been improved,teachers through the use of practical education evaluation data system,have the certain teaching achievements and efforts to get the students recognition and achieved a certain effect,found that teachers are no longer like just started to offer certain remind to use education evaluation data such as external forces,but their consciously use,and on the ability to use also got certain ascend,know oneself should look at what data and can be used in what respect.3)the teacher according to the education teaching evaluation data optimization model of teaching optimization scheme,to improve the teaching and obtained a certain improvement,teachers use education increase in the number of frequency measurement system,is to improve on its acceptance,and is willing to use the teaching optimization;Teachers can use and rational use of education assessment of teaching in the process of data analysis,learning objectives,learning content,learning evaluation and feedback to the problems of optimization,make it more targeted in the teaching,deepening the understanding of the students,reduce the blindness in teaching;The teacher after class to student's more personalized coaching,for a limited time leisurely to solve various problems of students.
