The Research Of Volunteer Activities Of College Students In Private Universities Of China

The public welfare undertaking of China is in the early stage but develops rapidly.To promote healthy and sustainable development of public welfare undertaking,quality of public welfare behavioral body shall be enhanced.Public welfare quality is basic requirement of constructing a harmonious society for civil,while independent college student,as major builder of the future society and key public welfare behavioral body,is one of the backbones pushing future development of civil society,and shouldering important historical obligation.But due to a variety of reasons,contemporary independent college student's public welfare quality is insufficient.The concept of public welfare programme is introduced in the dissertation,while the definition of independent college,public welfare and public welfare programme is explained in the paper.Besides,the theoretical basis of public welfare programme is discussed in the thesis.By investigating independent college in Nanjing,and combining the theoretical basis,present situation and characteristics of Chinese independent colleges are understood,and existing problem and cause thereof is found.First,combining with existing data and theoretical basis,status quo and features of public welfare programme are summarized,characteristics of independent college student in China is studied,and distinction is made between independent college and ordinary college regarding management,organization and form of public welfare programme.Secondly,based on analysis and summary in the previous passage,existing problem and cause are obtained as regard to the public welfare programme of independent college in China.Finally,according to research in the aforesaid,the author puts forward countermeasure and suggestion to improve student's voluntary programme in college.This section is mainly discussed in the Chapter 4.On the basis of pragmatic work and theory,and through system research,the author proposals countermeasure and advice from three facets as per his years of working experience in college,including improvement of internal mechanism and optimization of external environment,etc.
