Research purposes:pressurized training as a new training method, because of its superiority in training methods and effects, has become a popular training method internationally. The pressure before and after the training and the group of hormones in the contrast of four kinds of different gradient pressure, stress hormone to observe the different pressure on the human body, for people to choose compression training to adapt to the stress and provide experimental basis,do compression training to do more scientific theoretical direction for the rehabilitation of people and athletes crowd.Methods:8 healthy male subjects, four different pressure compression training at the same time and the state of the body under the condition of the four pressure respectively(1)upper limb compression 0mm Hg,lower limb compression 0mm Hg(Ctrl group);(2)the upper pressure 100 mm Hg,lower limb compression(140mm Hg BFR-1 group),140 mm Hg(3)upper limb pressure, lower limb compression 180 mm Hg(BFR-2 group),180 mm Hg(4)upper limb pressure, lower limb compression 220 mm Hg(BFR-3 group),four groups were under pressure under different pressures with the weight of 30%1RM were 4 groups of bent arm, arm, squat movement.Forearm venous blood was taken 30 minutes before training and 15 minutes after training. The fingertip blood was taken immediately after training. The concentration of growth hormone(GH),insulin(In),cortisol(C),blood testosterone(T)and lactic acid(Lac)in blood samples were tested respectively. And the subjects' subjective fatigue feelings(RPE)were recorded during the training process. In the same experimental environment, the saturation of muscle oxygen was monitored in 8 subjects under pressure quiet and motion state respectively. The results of the study:(1)there was a significant difference between the muscle circumference of the 4groups after training(p<0.05).The increase of muscle circumference of group BFR-1,BFR-2 group and BFR-3 group compared the significant difference between group Ctrl.(p<0.05).(2)the concentration of growth hormone after training at different compression strength was significantly higher than that before training(p<0.05).There was asignificant difference between group BFR-1,group BFR-2,group BFR-3 and group Ctrl.(p<0.05).(3)there was no significant difference between the concentration of blood testosterone and the concentration of insulin between the four groups of different pressure groups(p>0.05).Compared with group BFR-1,group BFR-2 and group BFR-3,there was a significant difference in the change of cortisol concentration and the ratio of serum testosterone / cortisol in group Ctrl(p<0.05).(4)the value of lactic acid in the four groups increased significantly. There was no significant difference in lactic acid value between the four groups after exercise(p>0.05).(5)with the increase of pressure, the lower the saturation of oxygen, the decrease ofthe saturation of oxygen in the muscle oxygen saturation.(6)there was a significant difference in subjective fatigue perception(RPE)between the four groups. There was no significant difference between group BFR-1 and group BFR-2(p>0.05),and there was a significant difference between the other groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:6.130%1RM strength resistance training combined with compression can increase muscle circumference, increase the concentration of lactic acid significantly, increase the subjective fatigue sensation of the subjects(RPE),and reduce the saturation of muscle oxygen saturation in the leg muscles.6.2 appropriate pressure pressure may lead to an acute change in growth hormone concentration, insulin concentration, serum testosterone concentration, cortisol concentration, and blood testosterone / cortisol ratio.Comprehensive analysis shows that appropriate pressure is more conducive to muscle growth conditions.6.3 the changes of muscle circumference, hormone concentration, muscle oxygen saturation and lactic acid were analyzed before and after the training of different groups. It was concluded that the training effect was better than other groups when the pressure training was BFR-1(upper limb 100 mm Hg lower extremity 140 mm Hg)and BFR-2group(upper limb 140 mm Hg lower extremity 180 mm Hg).
