| Interactive whiteboard,a new technology supported by powerful teaching tools,not only has the advantages of modern teaching technology,but also can realize the function of the traditional teaching method such as blackboard and chalk.It changes the traditional way of classroom teaching.At the same time,it emphasizes the classroom pro’duction as well as interaction between teachers and students in the classroom,students and computer,and among students.It can effectively improve students’participation in class and improve the efficiency of the geography teaching of high school.Therefore,it is widely used in education and has been confirmed by the teachers and experts.This paper focuses on the application of interactive whiteboard in high school geography class,so as to improve the efficiency of class and cultivate students’geographical core literacy.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part states the background and significance of applying interactive whiteboard to geography teaching in high school,the condition of the application of interactive whiteboard at home and abroad as well as the research status and existing problems.Based on these analysis,the research direction can be determined and the significance,methods and ideas of the research can be clear.The second part discusses the theoretical foundation of applying interactive whiteboard to geography teaching in high school,which provides theoretical basis for further study.This paper introduces the concept,development and basic functions of interactive whiteboard.It also classifies these basic functions.Compared with other traditional teaching technology,interactive whiteboard has both common and unique functions.In the third part,some study methods are used,such as questionnaires,in-depth interviews of teachers and students,and observation of class teaching video.According to the analysis of the result,we can understand the present situation of the application of interactive whiteboard to geography class in high school and analyzes its existing problems.In the fourth part,according to the problems found in the research,I will come up with the application principle,application method and the problems that should be paid attention to.In addition,basing on the concrete teaching practice,this paper puts forward the teaching cases based on interactive whiteboard and will take the schiavo whiteboard introduced by the author’s school as an exampleThe fifth part is about the feasibility of the application of interactive whiteboard in high school geography teaching,from the aspect of school,teachers,students and manufacturers.The sixth part is about conclusion and prospect.Interactive whiteboard has its unique advantages which the traditional education technology is unable to substitute,but it still has the insufficiency.Although we can write and paint on it,which is also the function of traditional blackboard,the interactive whiteboard can still not completely replace the traditional way of teaching in high school geography class.What’s more,it is far to go on the way to popularizing and further applying interactive whiteboard in the field of education. |
