Writing plays a very important role in language learning.In the actual process of writing,students often need to write according to the corresponding situations and requirements.However,it is very difficult to write an article in which the content is consistent and the content is consistent.So the students in the process of writing often face the choice of words,sentence expression is not clear,unintelligible problems such as a long and minute statement.In this era of rapid development of information technology,the Internet is a huge repository of knowledge.How to solve the difficulties of students in writing through computer,to provide students with writing assistance,to expand their writing ideas and improve their quality of writing,is a common concern for many researchers.Therefore,various auxiliary writing softwares have sprung up in recent years.However,there are still a lot of shortcomings in these auxiliary writing systems:only supporting English writing,simple keyword search matching,and no personalized recommendation,can not effectively solve the problem of lack of material and inspiration in the process of students' writing.Therefore,this paper analyzes the research on writing by many experts and scholars at home and abroad,and sums up writing difficulties from two aspects:student writing and teacher teaching.It further analyzes the status and advantages and disadvantages of the research on the auxiliary writing system at home and abroad,and puts forward the idea of Chinese intelligent assistant writing system,trying to provide real time and intelligent writing assistance for students' writing in Chinese writing to solve their writing difficulties.We finally designed and implemented the Chinese intelligent assistant writing system.With the aid of this system,when the students are writing,we can recommend the words which have semantic relevance to the current writing vocabulary,and we can also recommend sentences with the topic relevance to the current writing sentences,so that the students can be enlightened by the expansion of thinking and inspiration.The main contents of this paper include the following points:First,many experts and scholars at home and abroad on the study of writing difficulties are analyzed and integrated,and the difficulties of writing are summed up from the two parties of student writing and teacher teaching.It is pointed out that students lack of interest in writing,lack of emotion in writing,lack of writing materials,mistakes in vocabulary use,and unclear expression of sentences.There is a lack of writing training,model teaching of writing,lack of individualized guidance and evaluation in teacher teaching.Second,in order to solve students1 writing difficulties,the advantages and disadvantages of intelligent assistant writing system at home and abroad are analyzed.The idea that Chinese can only assist writing system is put forward,and the related technologies of the core modules of the system are given.The core functions of the system are lexical recommendation and sentence recommendation.In the word recommendation,we try to use word vector representation to carry out semantic correlation calculation to achieve lexical recommendation.In sentence recommendation,we first clean and filter the corpus,screen out the high quality sentences for the theme construction.Module and carry out sentence similarity computation based on topic,so as to achieve sentence recommendation.Third,the design and implementation of Chinese intelligent assistant writing system.First is corpus collection,and corpus level and sentence level mining and processing.The whole system is developed in BS mode,which contains three modules:personalized survey module,lexical recommendation module,and sentence recommendation module.The three modules in the system cooperate with each other,and ultimately provide students with real-time and intelligent writing assistance.Fourth,test and evaluate the Chinese intelligent assistant writing system.In order to understand the practicability and effectiveness of the system,we have tested and evaluated the Chinese intelligent assistant writing system from many aspects.First,we apply the system to the actual writing class.Through the students' use of records,we prove that the students are willing to use the system and receive the system recommendation.Then,the students are used in the system later,from the system usefulness,the usability,the students' attitude,the willingness to use,the growth needs and so on.The five dimensions evaluate the practicability and effectiveness of the system as a whole,and finally,through random interviews,we will get a detailed understanding of students' subjective evaluation of the system.
