The pre-scientific conception plays an obvious and far-reaching influence in the teacher's career and has a direct bearing on classroom teaching and student development.The scientific teaching staff is the basis for promoting social and educational progress.A strong country depends on strong talents and the leading talent structure depends on the leading teacher structure.In the past decade,the allocation of teachers has been optimized and the quality of teachers has been improved.The State also requires the establishment of high-quality teachers,improving the professional level of teachers and improving the quality of compulsory education.In order to clean up the original source and rebuild the teacher spirit in the new situation and further improve the quality of teachers,it is necessary to rely on the basic support of the structure of the teaching staff to understand the pre-scientific conceptions and changes in biology teachers of junior middle schools,and to revise the pre-scientific conception of teachers.The review section reviews the importance of the teacher team,the definition,classification,and causes of the pre-scientific concepts.It summarizes the features and impacts of the teaching staff and the pre-scientific conception in the literature in recent years,and defines the research content.This study used literature review methods,questionnaire surveys,comparative research methods,and interviews,and used the research programs used to investigate junior high school biology teacher's pre-scientific conception ten years ago to investigate 483 teachers from nine provinces in the country.After obtaining the data,statistical software was used to analyze the structure of the 2017 teachers and the status of their pre-scientific conception On this basis,it compares with the 2007 data in many aspects,analyzes ten years of changes in the teaching team and the pre-scientific conception,analyzes the influencing factors of the teacher's pre-scientific conception,and in-depth interviews discuss the reasons for the changes.The conclusions are:(1)In 2017,the age of junior middle school biology teachers was high in the middle and low in both sides,and their educational level was relatively high.Their professional structure was rather complex,and the proportion of life science majors was not over half.Junior middle school biology teacher's undergraduate degree is universalized,more than 82%,the complexity of the professional structure is reduced slightly,and the optimization effect is obvious.The gender structure tends to be sharp,the age structure is aged,and the optimization effect is poor.(2)Among the junior high school biology teachers in 2017,the group with high level of pre-scienctific conception was concentrated at the age of 18-30,the study of the humanities and the teachers in the rural schools.The low level groups are concentrated in the 41-50 year old,the graduate education,the life science major,the urban school teachers.(3)The level of pre-scientific conception of junior middle school biology teachers showed a slight decrease before and after ten years,but there was no significant difference.The level of pre-scholastic concept of teachers in female,31-50 years old,rural and suburban counties was slightly lower,and 51-60 years old teachers were significantly lower.The level of teachers aged 18-30,life sciences,and urban schools rose slightly,and teachers with undergraduate education increased significantly.(4)The main factors affecting the former scientific concept of teachers are:major,unit,degree,and age.Based on this,three suggestions are proposed:to optimize the biology teachers in junior high schools non-benign structure,to avoid gender discrimination in the recruitment,increase the institution staff of rural schools,to strengthen the local scientific literacy of teacher training based on the scientific concept and use scale as a standard for the implementation of pre-scientific conceptions,to actively develop and organize the wrong conceptions collection report,set up a platform for pre-scientific conception resources,and so on.
