Biology review class in senior high school is a process that helps students to sort out knowledge context,build knowledge network,cultivate ability to solve problems and improve biological literacy.However,in actual review teaching,there are still some problems.Applying isomerism of the same lesson to teaching research of biology review class in senior high school can improve teaching efficiency of review lesson on basis of teachers’ mutual learning,and can finally achieve goal of consolidating knowledge.developing thinking,improving ability and cultivating students’ emotion.In this paper,literature method,investigation method,case study method,experimental method and statistical analysis method are used,including the following seven contents:Ⅰ.An introduction.This paper mainly expounds background,present situation,purpose and significance,ideas and methods of research.Ⅱ.An overview.By referring to relevant literature,this paper studies connotation,theoretical basis,basic principles and strategies of implementing isomerism of the same class,and summarizes nature,types and characteristics of biology review course in senior high school.On basis of this,role of isomerism in review class is expounded.Ⅲ.Investigation on current situation of teaching in high school biology review course.With form of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes current situation of biology review teaching in senior high school,summarizes present situation,and finds out problems existing in teaching of review class,which lays foundation for the next case study.Ⅳ.Design and experiment of isomerism teaching cases in the same lesson.Choose Cell Proliferation as subject review content,use current advocated modern teaching means and traditional teaching means to design teaching cases with help of heterogeneous teaching and research model of the same class and verify its effect.Ⅴ.Comparative analysis of the Effectiveness of isomerism teaching cases in reviewing classes.Combined with results of experiment,this paper makes a comparative analysis of teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching resources,teaching contents and teaching process of two teaching cases.Ⅵ.Optimization strategy of biology review class in senior high school.On basis of investigation and comparative study,this paper puts forward strategy of optimizing teaching of biology review course in senior high school,and provides teaching reference for review of topic content of Cell proliferation.Ⅶ.Conclusion and reflection.Conclusion of above research is concluded,and its shortcomings are reflected.
