The Intervention Research Of The "Situational Crisis" Of Urban Elderly Persons Of No Family Under The Model Of Crisis Intervention

Urban elderly persons of no family,as the marginalized groups in urban social life,have many problems in social adaptation due to their own vulnerability and incomplete social support networks,the rapid economic development also made them stay forgotten by all sectors of society for a long time,under the current policy requirements for innovating social governance in our country,the intervention of them should be more focused on the micro level of practice.Social work is a practical discipline with the aim of serving the disadvantaged groups,it is necessary to explore from multiple perspectives a series of difficult problems faced by the urban elderly persons of no family in the new period,and to help them adapt to their later life better under the circumstance of their own incompetence.The “situational crisis”of the urban elderly persons of no family refers to some crisis situations that occur in the face of sudden events,such as suicide,car accidents and other accidents that can lead to situational crisis.Compared with other issues,the situational crisis of elderly persons of no family is more serious because of its suddenness and destructiveness.As an important practical model of social work,crisis intervention model emphasizes the accurate assessment of the severity of the crisis of the suitors,using various crisis intervention techniques to deal with the crisis situation of the client urgently,to help the clients recover to the psychological balance state before the crisis,and to help them pass the sudden event smoothly.Crisis intervention model emphasizes that the intervention characteristics of short-term intervention,prior planning,and emergency handing are exactly in line with the logic of handing the situational crisis experienced by the urban solitary elders at an early stage.Because of the sudden event of daughter suicide,the client in this practical study has a situational crisis situation,social worker uses open questioning and crisis intervention TAF three-dimensional assessment form to analyze the crisis state of the service object from emotion,behavior and cognition.In order to ensure targeted crisis intervention,social worker divide the situational crisis of client into affective crisis,cognitive crisis and behavioral crisis.Social worker take the crisis intervention model as the theoretical model,the situational crisis caused by the sudden event of daughter’s death as the intervention content,by correcting irrational cognition to eliminate the suicidal thought of the client,using the emotional first aid as the means to assist the client to deal with negative emotional reactions such as fear,anxiety,grief,etc,the role of the resource link can provide certain economic security for the service object,indirectly helping the client to solve the psychological crisis,in the end,she can survive the sudden crisis of her daughter’s death.Finally,the crisis intervention practice attempts to provide some useful practical experience for solving the problems of the solitary elders under the background of social governance innovation in our country and broaden the service areas of social work for the elderly in the development stage.
