A Probe Into The Cultivation Of Senior High School Students’ Scientific Literacy By Using The Original Physical Problems

Abstract/Summary:
With the popularization and promotion of quality-oriented education,education not only plays the role of transferring knowledge,but also plays an important role in cultivating students’ innovative and practical abilities.There are many kinds of researches on cultivating students’ scientific literacy through physics,which is enough to see the importance of cultivating students’ scientific literacy.However,there are few researches on cultivating students’ scientific literacy by using original physical problems.Some researches suggest that the original physical problems should be infiltrated in the teaching process,but there is no real implementation and no concrete implementation plan,which brings great difficulty to the teachers who want to use the original physical problems in teaching.The original physics problem originates from the life and the direct experience of the student.By infiltrating the original physical question in the teaching process,it can break the students’ original cognitive balance,stimulate the students’ learning motivation,and promote the students to master the new ideas and methods.Helping students to establish a new knowledge balance,which plays a great role in promoting the improvement of students’ scientific literacy.This paper introduces the original physical problems in the teaching process,which is used to improve the scientific literacy of senior high school students.Hope to provide some suggestions for practical teaching.This article will be developed from the following five chapters:The first chapter is introduction part,elaborated the concrete reason which this article proposed,has made the detailed explanation to the present stage education request,the student’s body and mind characteristic,the college entrance examination outline request and so on.The purpose,content,significance and research method of this paper are determined by analyzing the research trends at home and abroad.In the second chapter,the theoretical basis of the original physical problem is systematically analyzed and expounded.By analyzing the characteristics of the physics subject and the training requirements of the middle school students at the present stage of education,It is concluded that it is more feasible to cultivate students’ scientific literacy byusing the original physical problems.The concept of physical problems and scientific literacy was defined.The third chapter analyzes the specific reasons why primitive physical problems can improve students ’scientific literacy.Two representative teaching designs are presented.The teaching design shows the detailed teaching process and the students ’reaction in the course of listening to the lessons,as well as the original physical problem assignment.In the course of teaching,the original physical problems are integrated,and the students can get timely feedback through their performance in class and solving problems.The paper also explains the matters that teachers need to pay attention to i n the assignment of original physical problems.The fourth chapter elaborates the research process of cultivating high school students’ scientific literacy by using original physics problems.The whole research implementation process is divided into three stages: pre-test,teaching penetration of original physics problems,post-test.Before the study,four parallel classes were selected,two of which were used as experimental group and the other two as control group.The scientific literacy of the experimental group and the control group were tested simultaneously,and the test results were analyzed and compared.In the following semester,the experimental group was permeated with the original physical problems,the control group did not penetrate the original physical problems,and the other factors were controlled as consistently as possible.In the semester At the same time,the scientific literacy of the experimental group and the control group were measured and the results were analyzed.The experimental results show that the infiltration of original physics problems in the teaching process can improve the students’ scientific literacy level.The fifth chapter complements the approach to penetrating primitive physical problems,except In the classroom and after-class infiltration of original physical problems,but also through extracurricular activities and the Internet to penetrate the original physical problems.
