With the development of computer information technology,micro-lesson has attracted many educational researchers and students,which has been becoming the most popular education resources relying on it's short and pithy characteristics.At the same time,the Flipped classroom,Moocs and other new courses have also emerged,and changed the traditional class model.But the research of micro-lesson which has a poor quality on the internet is not enough.There are also various other problems with it.In addition,Most of the micro-lesson are made from PPT and classroom recording,so it's expressive methods are simple.With the guidance of various theories,The article takes “The input and output of cellular material” for example which made by the Master of Wan Cai Animation for meeting the requirements of high school biology teaching classes,exploiting the teaching effect of micro-lesson and providing a new way to make micro-courses.The Master of Wan Cai Animation is a software developed by Guangzhou Wancai Limited Company,which is suitable for developing dynamic commercial advertisements or promoting video.It is easy to operate with clean and clear plate layout and rich material.Its unique transfer and lens settings give students a new experience,linking the characteristics of Wan Cai animation masters to the production of high school biology.It provides a new method for the majority of educators to develop micro courses.First of all,this paper through reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign documents has a clear understanding of the existing status and problems in the micro-lesson and these work provide a direction for the research.Then I put forward the principle and general process of the micro-lesson design based on the Constructivism Theory,Cone of Experience Theory and Cognitive Load Theory.Finally with the method that I make the micro-lesson video by the Master of Wan Cai Animation and applying it to the actual teaching.its application in the practical teaching.At the same time,I can also get feedbackinformation with the the unit test,questionnaire survey and interviews method.According to the data analysis,it is concluded that this way making micro class really has to promote the teaching effect,and both students and front-line teachers accept the micro-course created by the Master of Wan Cai Animation.There is a possibility that this method of micro-lesson is applied in high school biology.
