Equal pay for equal work is an important index for the realization of labor remuneration,labor relations and labor rights and interests,which is of great significance to the construction of harmonious labor relations and socialist harmonious society,as well as the alleviation of labor conflicts.Urban-rural dual system and enterprises' labor employment ideas have led to the objective existence of unequal pay between migrant workers and urban employees,which not only seriously restricts the urbanization of rural migrant workers and the urbanization process,but also violates the principles of fairness and justice adhered by socialist income distribution.Therefore,the implementation of equal pay for equal work between migrant workers and urban employees is not only beneficial to the construction of socialist harmonious labor relationship,but also helpful in the realization of socialist fairness and justice and the deepening reform of the income distribution system.Based on the analysis of the correlation between distributive justice and equal pay for equal work,our study shows that distributive justice has important influence on equal pay for equal work.On the basis of Marx's distributive justice theory,the income distribution theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the theory of socialist harmonious labor relations,we summarizes the important connotation of socialist distribution justice and the equal pay for equal work issue for migrant workers,and build up theoretical model and measurement index system reflecting the influence of Marx's distributive justice on equal pay for migrant workers.We selected a furniture manufacturing company,an agricultural company,a state-owned enterprise and a construction team of a construction project in Hubei province as typical samples.Through the method of questionnaire survey and typical case interviews,we collected data from migrant workers and urban employees.Then,with the statistical analysis result,we further analyze the current situation on distributive justice and equal pay for equal work of the two groups,the internal connection between distributive justice and equal pay for equal work,and the influence distributive justice has on equal pay for equal work.Finally,by empirical research,we draw the conclusion and put forward the feasible path to realize the equal pay of migrant workers and urban workers by rectifying the unjust distribution.The main conclusion of this study are as follows:(1)The phenomenon of unequal pay between migrant workers and urban employees is contrary to the principle of socialist fairness and justice;(2)The essence of the issue lies in unjust distribution,and the rectification of socialist distribution injustice is an important way to achieve equal pay for migrant workers and urban employees;(3)Equal opportunities,free and comprehensive development,reasonable distributive standards and procedures,as well as the fairness on distributive results all exert significant impact on the equal pay for equal work;(4)It is feasible to rectify the distributive injustice so as to achieve equal pay for migrant workers and urban employees.The main paths include the following ones: deepening the reform of urban-rural dual system and ensuring equal opportunities for workers;renewing the concept of enterprises and workers and promoting workers' free and all-round development;perfecting the rule of law system and implementing reasonable and uniform distribution standards and procedures;strengthening the functions of all organizations and jointly promoting the justice on distributive results.
