Study On The Motivation And Influence Of Young-aged Students Studying Abroad In Mainland China

Since China has been a member in WTO,with the rapid development of China's economy,the perfection of study-abroad policy and increasing demands of high-quality talents in markets,the upsurge of studying aboard in very young age appeared in China.At the end of 2016,the number of undergraduate students who study abroad has exceeded the number of graduate students.The age range is gradually expending,then,very young international students gradually become the main force of studying abroad.With the trend of studying aboard at younger ages intensified,it has had a great impact on Chinese higher education.At present,many experts and scholars have put forward their own opinions on the problems caused by the phenomenon of studying at a younger age.However,they did not attract enough attention from the society but their ages continued to extend downward.Therefore,how to satisfy the family's reasonable appeals for high-quality education and how to solve the negative impact brought by the study abroad have become an hot topic,which improves the quality of education in our country and avoids brain drain.Combining with the status of economy and education in our country,according to the basic way of "The cause of the problem-The impact of the problem-How to solve the problem",this study focuses on the problem of studying aboard at a younger age.The author integrated literature analysis,comparative approach,interviewing method to analyze the reasons,reality and predicaments of the problem.The paper consists of five parts.Firstly,this paper introduces the reasons for this topic,the significance of the research,the definition of the core concepts,literature review,research ideas and methods.Secondly,the author try to reveal what causes the studying aboard at young ages of the problem.Thirdly,the part is an analysis of current situation that younger students study abroad in mainland China in recent years.The fourth part is the analysis of the influence of the Chinese study abroad in recent years.The fifth part is conclusion.Based on empirical research,the author draw the main conclusion of this study,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research found that,the hot overseas study in mainland China actually reflects two questions:First,it reflects the quality of education in Mainland China.For example,the teachers pay more attention to examination training in basic education;collage students cannot adapt to new jobs.Second,it reflects the public's mistrust of current education in our country,especially,Chinese overly admire foreign education.Therefore,the key is to reform education.At the same time,there are other factors that under-study overseas students go abroad,such as the family economy and the factors of their parents.There are some irrational factors that have had some negative impacts.For the problems brought by the younger students studying abroad,we should work hard from the following aspects:the first is to Standardize the management of studying abroad and Conduct reasonable guidance;the second is to Strengthen the reform of Education and improve educational quality;the third is to implement reasonable plans and Reduce the blindness of studying abroad.
