Research On College Association Building-up In The Perspective Of Moral Education

This paper is a research on college association building-up in the perspective of moral education.It is the requirement of that Chinese colleges which are under the leadership of the Communist Party,ought to serve to train intelligent for the people,for the Chinese Communist Party to administrate the country,to consolidate and develop the socialist system,serve to train the socialist builders and successors of all-round such as moral,intelligent,and healthy development.It is further the need to improve the effectiveness of moral education in the new period,to promote the healthy development of college student associations,to improve college association healthy development.It is a great significance that to thoroughly implement what has been raised by the 18th National Congress of the CPC "the primary mission of education is to build up people-centered and morality first,to train socialist builders and successors".Since China’s reform and opening-up to the world,college organization tendency is swiftly developing.The activities of college association,which is a rather effective vehicle for moral education,have played a significantly role on promoting college student moral disposition,cultivating their innovative consciousness,enriching campus cultural life and serving the communities.If the characteristics of these associations,clubs and organizations are not grasped and under the correct moral directing,these associations and organizations would be a "moral vacuum place" in the college.In this article,combining the actual development of the college association with the moral education,after investigating,statistical analyzing of every part,from beginning to operating,of college association development,problems and reasons in the developing process of the college association have been summed up.Thus,the principles that college organization,clubs,associations building-up should be applied and how to apply the moral education to the building-up college association have been presented.On the basis of these,the problems in college building-up have been discussed and several countermeasures to the problems have been proposed.There are 4 parts in this paper,part 1 is research meaning,current foreign and domestic development situation;part 2 defines some concepts,describes the types,characteristics and the moral education functions of college organizations;part 3 some main problems in the perspective of moral education by case study on an individual university have been analyzed objectively;part 4 a couple of countermeasures on the problems in college organization building-up have been explored in the perspective of moral education.Countermeasures of strengthening and improving college students’ associations,strengthening the leadership and supervision of college organizations to increase their activities,promote and provide guidelines and standardize organization guidance and training have been put forwarded.
