Research On The Status And Countermeasure On The Statistical Successive Household Survey Of Our Country

The successive household survey is applied statistical practice areas in the statistical.In government management activities,the sample survey is an important means of obtaining the original information and conducting the data analysis.The successive household survey of the statistical department,can provide a strong digital basis for the government to formulate policies and solve the livelihood problems,and improve people's living standards,and develop the economy and achieve social harmony.As the quality of people's life continues to improve,various surveys such as social investigation,medical survey,commercial investigation and civilian police household survey have gradually penetrated into people's lives.All these surveys,like the surveys of household surveys,start from the data collection,but also with continuous household surveys,which seriously affect the quality of the survey data and the reputation of the government,which affecting people's understanding and answering of the questions.However,these problems need further research.First of all,on the basis of reviewing relevant literature,related concepts and statistical related systems of household surveys,this paper adopts the method of literature comparison,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation,and analyzes historical process of statistical continuous household survey in our country,and then find that our country faces many problems in household survey:Whether the table design is reasonable.Some respondents will conceal real answer when questions in investigation questionnaire refer to sensitive information involving the family property,income and expenditure and other individual privacy to avoiding risk or worrying about disclosing personal information.Time conflicts with respondents and investigator.This gives the investigator an increased burden of work,but also to the respondents brought life unchanged.The household survey team is unstable and the training is difficult.Investigative funding needs to be protected.Therefore,the author of this article selects 4 sample area for nonthly labor force survey(monthly)keeping track for three months from H District in J City.Then the author chooses H District 1%population sampling survey in November 2016(annual sampling)as a specific example.By issuing questionnaires the article will discuss the results.Secondly,after analyzing the cause of the above problems,in order to put forward the effective countermeasures,this paper selects representative survey area and conducts the continuous household survey to improve the research.Firstly,this paper selected4 surveyed communities in H district of J City as the monthly Labor survey samples,and used the improved survey plan to conduct a three-month continuous survey.In addition,this paper selected H district as research object in 1%population sampling survey from November 2016,and issued improved targeted questionnaires.After issuing improved and targeted questionnaires analyzing the recycling household survey data,this paper find that different methods have different effects,which verify the effectiveness of this paper.This paper proposed that statistical household surveys can be improved.Finally,based on the reference to the western developed countries' experience statistics for household surveys,and combined results of the experimental data of the selected experimental case investigation,this paper puts forward some solutions and recommendations to improve the cooperation and solve "Difficulties in entering households",the solutions of household survey are as follows:to make the government managers pay more attention on and support to the basic work of grass-roots;making more statistical inputs to take good use of the opportunities to publicity and to enhance the status of statistic;to take good use of statistics Data and release then in time;to improve the quality of household survey team and so on;to adopt the advanced domestic and overseas experiences for reference,and promote the healthy development of our household survey.This paper has two innovations,which are in the case studies of the paper designed to improve the research program and the proposed countermeasures.
