A Study Of Moral Example Education From The Perspective Of The Rule Of Law

Under the realistic background of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,continuously nurturing and practicing the core values of socialism,strengthening ideological and moral construction,and helping the party and the country to build a new trend of socialism and realize people’s longing for a better life.The moral example that has emerged from construction of ideology and morality,which is characterized by its noble character,outstanding charisma,strong appeal,and leading ability,plays a demonstration role for people in all walks of life in society and has played a great role in promoting moral construction.Typical demonstrations are important methods for the construction of ideological,moral,and spiritual civilization.They are fully used in ideological and moral education.Through moral model education,they are able to guide the educated people vividly,and they have a strong appeal and persuasion.What can’t be ignored is the limitation of the moral model education itself and the restriction of the bad external environment on the moral model education,so that the moral model education can’t achieve the desired effect.The rule of law is a strategy for governing the country.It insists on constitutional and legal basis,and restricts people’s behaviors by restricting power and guaranteeing legal rights,so as to maintain social stability and order.However,people often neglect the important role of the rule of law in moral model education,and think that the compulsion of rule of law is contrary to the role of moral example in education,which violates the subtle influence of moral example education.However,from the realistic point of view,the problems in the moral field require the intervention of the rule of law.Therefore,under the rule of law the rule of law from the perspective of the moral example education of moral example education problems in the proposed strategy,is conducive to creating a harmonious moral education model environment and enhance the effectiveness of moral education model,to promote the socialist core values and plays an important role in maintaining social harmony and stability.The study starts with the connotation and interrelationship of the rule of law,moral example and moral example education,analyzes the problems and causes of the curren moral example education,uses literature research and analyzes the methods of induction,and the theory links the practice to explore the moral example education under the rule of law.The feasibility and the basis for the education of moral examples under the rule of law in order to bring the role of moral example education into play and achieve the purpose of maintaining social harmony and order.Through the compilation and induction of the literature and the latest current political materials,the agreement between the rule of law and the moral example education has been found,and the innovation of the content is realized.The study is no longer limited to the moral example education itself,but is to put the perspective in the whole environment of the whole moral example education,and to innovate the angle of research.In addition,the study is not limited to the study from the perspective of Ideological and political education,but rather by the interdisciplinary approach of ethics,law,pedagogy and so on,which has made innovations in research methods.
