Public sports education,as an important part of the curriculum of ordinary colleges and universities in China,bears important missions such as improving student health and cultivating students’ sports spirit.Life safety in sports is like life safety in public transport,and its risk must exist.That is,engaging in sports activities must be accompanied by certain personal risks.In order to avoid accidents,some colleges and universities have issued strict orders prohibiting accidents.This has led many teachers to be sincere and fearful.During the course of teaching courses,they are on thin ice,ignoring the needs of college students for improving physical fitness and enhancing athletic skills,reducing exercise intensity and sports.load.In this case,the instructors have almost neglected the essential purpose and significance of physical education,and have been unable to give college students physical and psychological stimulation of sports,resulting in little or no effect of the entire classroom teaching course,which makes the college students the most suitable.However,under the opportunity of learning,they did not get the development and study of physical fitness and sports related skills that were due to them,and they were unable to form sports habits.While the physical function of college students promoted stagnation,the cultivation of "lifetime sports" consciousness was also hampered.In the face of objectively existing sports risks and persistent college student personal injury accidents,we should identify the root cause and treat the disease,analyze the personal risk factors in depth,and respond actively and scientifically to minimize the occurrence of injury accidents.Not just evade possible risks.In summary,it is necessary to deeply discuss the identification and prevention of personal risks in public physical education in colleges and universities.Based on the college physical education teaching convention,combining the physical and psychological characteristics of ordinary college students,this article identifies the personal risks in college public sports teaching and explores the corresponding risk prevention and control methods based on the identified personal risk factors.After the study concluded that the main physical risks in college sports teaching include the weakening of the preparation of training courses,the implementation of non-standardized teaching,the weakening of feedback from evaluation,and the unreasonable content or proportion of college sports theory courses.The teaching preparation work and training courses will effectively control,construct and evaluate the risk prevention and control effect assessment system for training courses,enrich the contents of theoretical courses,and strictly assess andstrengthen the supervision of public sports teaching and medical insurance,and participate in insurance to prevent and control personal risks.
