As a kind of instruction method after the reform of new curriculum,group cooperative learning has been widely promoted in primary school math class,the group cooperative learning could provide effective supplement of traditional five-step teaching method and fundamentally change the students' learning habits and ways of thinking,also resulted in significant changes in the relationship between teachers and students.In the new curriculum reform,the basic concept of the compulsory mathematics curriculum also mentions that "teachers should guide students to think independently,active exploration,cooperation and communication",Students can fully experience the collision of mathematical thinking through the group cooperative learning in their interactions with other people.This paper uses literature research,interview method and case analysis method to form a whole understanding of the group cooperative learning in primary school mathematics and to provide new ideas for it.This paper is divided into four parts:Section 1,this paper puts forward the question and explains the significance of the study,defines the concepts of cooperative learning and cooperative learning in groups.The problems and strategies of group cooperative learning in primary school mathematics are reviewed in this paper.Finally,the research ideas and specific research methods are presented.Section 2,the theoretical support of group cooperative learning is"group dynamic theory",which are discussed and effectively connected with group cooperative learning.At the same time,the significance of group cooperative learning in primary school mathematics is proposed.There are:Cultivate students' ability of communication and cooperation,practical ability,effectively improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,and students' ability to think about math problems in multiple perspectives.Section 3,the problems of the cooperative learning in groups of elementary school mathematics have been extracted by listening to a number of elementary school mathematics routine courses,open courses and competition courses,and interviewing some primary school mathematics teachers in Changsha and some other cities.The main contents are as follows:the teaching strategy of group cooperative learning has not been used effectively in the classes,the cooperative process is formalistic but lacking in substance,the demonstration and evaluation of the groups' achievement is too single.The causes of the problems are analyzed.It is mainly due to the teachers have some deviation from the goal of group cooperative learning,the lack of students' consciousness and ability of cooperative learning,and the limitation of objective conditions such as time and space.Section 4,The specific countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of group cooperative learning in mathematics teaching in primary school are raised.Including the composition of cooperative group and the optimization strategy of team members,the task and division of work in group cooperative learning,and the effective solution of group contradiction and conflict.To create a harmonious atmosphere within the group and establish a reasonable display mode and evaluation mechanism.
