Education is the basic of a One-Hundred Years Strategy of a nation.Teachers are the most imoportant part of education,policy,education for this,the education policy,the teacher for this.High quality education depends on high-quality teachers.The key to improve teachers’ quality is enhancing teachers’ teaching ability.As the foremost link in primary school education,the mathematics teachers,need more ways and attention in order to enhance their teaching ability.This paper uses the literature method and the method of narrative research on the basis of collecting a lot of literature,selecting the Changsha C primary school,Shaoyang S primary school and Huaihua H primary school,the three primary school mathematics teachers as the research object.Through several interviews,observation and a large number of original dat,the researcher describes and restructs the teaching practice and efforts,digs the key factors behind the success of the three primary school mathematics teachers,discusses the specific practice means of how to become outstanding mathematics teachers in every aspects,and puts forward the practical suggestions on the development of the existing confusion among primary school mathematics teachers.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly analyzes the proposal of the problem,the significance of the research,the core concept and the relevant literature review at home and abroad.The second,third and fourth chapter is to study three primary school mathematics teachers in the growing experience in educational field interviews,a close observation of three teachers in their daily work and teaching classroom,and collect the first-hand information of three teachers,teaching reflection,teaching and research work records,etc.Those are introduced in three primary school mathematics teachers’ general situation and school characteristics,and study separately from the development course of three teachers in each stage,the teachers of each state of the whole development process and the specific implications of separate research.The fifth chapter is mainly on the three primary school mathematics teachers’ growing course andanalyzing the key points of primary school mathematics teachers’ teaching design ability,teaching ability,teaching evaluation and education research ability development.The researcheeer also puts forword some suggestions on improving the teaching ability of primary school mathematics teachers.
