With the development of mobile communication technology and the advance of national digital construction,the teaching mode and learning mode are changing greatly.In the spring of 2007,Mr Jonathan in the United States brought the new teaching mode of "flipped classroom" to the world,which subverts the traditional teaching structure,increases the communication time between teachers and students and the individualized learning time of students,and is very helpful to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and problem-solving ability.Because most of the research on flipped classroom is focused on model,application and challenge,but the research on the learning support service of flipped classroom is relatively few.In order to improve the teaching effect,it is of great significance to design and develop an effective mobile learning support service system that supports flipped classroom.By consulting a large number of literature,the paper expounded the research background of the study,analyzed the current research situation of flipped classroom and learning support services at home and abroad,and determined the subject of the study.Based on the theory of Composition of Learning support Services based on flipped classroom,Constructivism learning,Self-Organizing learning,Mastery learning,Proximal development zone,Brain science and the key technology of WeChat development,combined the characteristics of mobile learning,the paper investigated the undergraduates' needs of mobile learning support service in Hunan Normal University by using the method of investigation and research.According to the results of the above survey,combined with the characteristics of flipped classroom and mobile learning,the paper put forward five principles of system design,which included interactivity,difference,whole process,systematic knowledge,situational construction.And it also constructed an effective and unified learning support service model of flipped classroom in the pre-class,class,after-school teaching activities,which is centered on teaching resource support and interactive support.On this basis,the paper designed the function modules of the mobile learning support service system based on WeChat,including the WeChat public platform module,the course learning module,the exchange discussion module,the personal center module,the curriculum search module,the download zone module,the friendship link module,the learning feedback module,the online testing modules,and implemented the system,then which was applied to the practical flipped classroom teaching.Finally,it tested the usability of the system and the feedback of users' learning effect by the methods of investigation and depth interview.Based on this,the innovations and shortcomings of the study were found.The study has some enlightening and instructive significance for the effective implementation of flipped classroom in the future.
