Middle school is a critical period for the sound development of individual personality,as well as a period of high incidence of various psychological troubles and mental disorders.Strengthening education and promoting the healthy development of psychology and personality are the important tasks of education in school.In 40 years of reform and opening-up,China's mental health has made great progress.The school mental health education from scratch has become an important part of school education and played an important role in promoting the students' comprehensive development.With the development of society,education of school mental health faces a newer and bigger task.In our province,there are some shortcomings and deficiencies in the current school mental health education.One of the most prominent problem is middle school mental health education management system construction lags behind,and it has become the key factor for the school mental health education work.The theme of this study is the education management system construction of psychological health of ordinary middle schools in Shandong province.It selected ordinary middle schools in different regions to study the problems in education management system of mental health and to analyze the causes of the problems in the system construction,which put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for basing on education characteristics of mental health.There are four parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly discusses the background,significance,objectives and methods of the research,and defines the related concepts of education management system of mental health.The second chapter analyzes the qualitative research of three ordinary middle schools in Shandong province.Through the statistics of the questionnaire and the results of the interviews,the development status and characteristics of the mental health education management system in our province were revealed.The third chapter analyzes the main problems existing in the school's mental health education management system and elaborates the main reasons for these problems.The fourth part is the study on the construction countermeasures of education management system of psychological health ordinary middle schools in Shandong province.There are some countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems and reasons in this system construction.The countermeasures and suggestions have five aspects,which are organizational structure,staffing,curriculum construction,system mechanism and regulatory reform.
