In the age of the knowledge-based economy,knowledge has gradually replaced traditional lands and labors as key factors in promoting social development,economic growth,and organizational growth.Therefore,the personal knowledge management of teachers has become an era requirement.Although the knowledge management boom started in the world as early as the end of the 20 th century,there are few researches on the knowledge management and knowledge management tools of specific subject teachers,leading to teachers of first-line subjects.Lack of knowledge management and method guidance.As a master of rural education,the author worked as a math teacher for three years in Jishi Middle School.In practice,I learned that the math teacher in my school lacked understanding of knowledge management theory and knowledge management tools.In the teaching activities,it is impossible to efficiently obtain its own required resources,lack of conscious systematic storage applications for acquired resources,lack of awareness and ability to transform and innovate knowledge,ignore knowledge exchange and sharing with others,and the level of knowledge management tools is low.Such as severely restricted the improvement of teachers' teaching level.Therefore,the dissertation firstly summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign teachers' knowledge management through literature review.It also defines the concepts of knowledge management,personal knowledge management,teacher knowledge management,and knowledge management tools.The existing knowledge management tools suitable for mathematics teachers are sorted out,which provides a theoretical basis for the study of the application strategies of the post-math mathematics teachers' knowledge management tools.Then through a questionnaire survey,the status of the application of knowledge management and knowledge management tools for mathematics teachers in two high school schools in Jishishan County,who had participated in the work,was investigated.SPSS was used for statistical analysis of survey data to explore the relevance of the four dimensions of knowledge management and the differences in tool application between mathematics teachers of different genders,ages,qualifications,titles,and positions in the four dimensions of knowledge management.The knowledge management tools apply analysis,attitudes,capabilities,environments,and methods.It aims to understand the understanding of mathematics teachers about knowledge management;the level of operation of knowledge management tools;theknowledge management environment of schools and the key factors affecting the application of teacher knowledge management and knowledge management tools.Through the questionnaire analysis,we find out the problems that teachers have in the application of knowledge management and tools,explore the causes behind the problems,and provide realistic basis for the formulation of strategies.Finally,through the problems existing in the application of teachers in knowledge management and knowledge management tools and the causes of the problems,combined with the author's application case of knowledge management tools during the agricultural period,it is proposed to solve the problem of high school mathematics teachers in the application of knowledge management and knowledge management tools.There are specific strategies for the problems:(1)to increase the awareness of mathematics teachers in knowledge management and application of knowledge management tools;(2)to enhance the application of mathematics teachers knowledge management tools to optimize teaching;(3)to improve the teaching environment and create a good knowledge management atmosphere.It hopes to provide reference for math educators in the study of knowledge management and knowledge management tools.
