Recently,with the deepening reform and development of preschool education,preschool teachers are expected to meet higher requirements towards their professional quality.Therefore,the educational practices of preschool education become a matter of academic concern.Education internship as an important component of educational practice,plays an increasingly important role in the development of educational practice.However,there still exists many problems in education internship,and the quality and effectiveness of internship are unsatisfactory.24 undergraduates with a major in preschool education as participants of this research,this research explores the application and value of the BRIDGING-Program in undergraduate education.This research discusses the effects and values during the application of the BRIDGING in internship,focuses three dimensions,which are: the purpose of internship,the content of internship,and the method of trainee's probing.Findings indicates that the BRIDGING children's observation record sheet can contribute to undergraduates' purpose of internship more specific and clear,the working approach rubric and performance rubric for trainees can help them to develop a deeper understanding of their internship.The personal experience of BRIDGING activities encourage trainers to become more volunteering to participate into the internship.Secondly,this research discusses several problems appeared in the application of Bridging during the internship: the discrepancy between BRIDGING and the routine arrangement of kindergarten?different areas activities of Bridging are not applicable to all age group?trainee are over-relied on the guidance of the Bridge activities and tend to organize structured activities?and undergraduates' understanding and comprehension of children's behavioral standards have an impact on their observation in BRIDGING.Finally,from the aspect of content,method and evaluation,suggestions of applying BRIDGING to the internship were made.Applying BRIDGING should combine with the practical courses among university undergraduates?BRIDGING can be gradually used for the sophomore student' internship?BRIDGING can be used as a supplementary material of brochure of education probation?BRIDGING can be applied with the kindergarten education and teaching?BRIDGING can expand some parts such as the purpose and function of the sophomore student' education probation.
