At present,"gender imbalance in basic education teachers" has aroused extensive attention of experts and scholars.Through reading and sorting out relevant literature,it is found that scholars have studied more deeply about the causes of teachers’ gender imbalance and the countermeasures,but there are few studies on the possible negative effects,and most of them exist in the hypothesis.Based on the existing research results,this research aims at the most serious stage of compulsory education for the gender imbalance of basic education teachers.Based on the field investigation in S County of Hunan Province,this paper studies the negative effects of gender imbalance of compulsory education teachers.The main text is divided into four parts:the first part,survey the negative effect of compulsory education teacher gender imbalance;the second part,analysis the negative effect of compulsory education teacher gender imbalance,is one of the focus of this paper;the third part,countermeasures and suggestions to eliminate the stage of compulsory education teachers’ gender imbalance in the negative effects,this paper focuses on the system two;the fourth part,a summary of this study.Through investigation,I find that the gender imbalance of compulsory education teachers has different effects on the overall development of students,the development of teachers’ team and individual,the development of school management and the development of education.Student level:teacher gender imbalance is not conducive to the students’ character and gender awareness,resulting in a lack of learning models and the lack of male teachers:masculinity;influence of division of labor and cooperation between teachers and teachers to reduce vitality and stability,at the same time,strengthen the teachers team of the"feminization" has a certain influence on the social status and development the male teachers and teachers occupation;for schools and education system,and carry out full use of educational resources of female teachers too much influence teaching order and all kinds of activities,but also indirectly affect the development of school and education and the improvement of national quality.Therefore,the author intends to improve the status of teachers and establish an equal gender concept in the whole society through education,policy and public opinion and so on,so that male teachers can get social recognition.It includes:improving teachers’ treatment,implementing education civil service.system,strengthening public opinion orientation,reforming recruitment ways,offering gender education courses,carrying out teacher education and training and so on.The negative effect of the stage of compulsory education based on the empirical research method of teachers’ gender imbalance,not only for the scholars to verify the hypothesis,the research on Teachers’ gender imbalance to be added,it has realistic significance to improve the current and potential teachers gender imbalance,contribute to the construction of compulsory education teacher.
