In the teachers' structure, sex structure of teachers in primary and secondary schools is an important factor. And it effect the educational activities and values' generation and physical and mental development. So, the teachers' reasonable structure, the effort of structure and function, and the teachers' reasonableness standard structure become the topic of concern.Our female teacher ratio is 61.82%, and the annual growth rate is 1.25% by 2015.According to the US National Education Association, female teachers accounted for 79% of teachers in the gender imbalance is a serious problem. Influence of gender imbalance in education abroad started earlier and deeper, but domestic research on this subject has started recently, and not enough depth. Recently, the teacher ratio of senior middle school is unbalanced, and the phenomenon is more obvious. This article is based on pedagogic, Education Psychology, Psychology and Sociology. Then use Education Statistical methods to survey 600 student, 200 teachers and 200 parents, and look forward to probe the students' change because of the teachers' gender imbalance.The survey shows that 83% students think that male teachers in the classroom have clear thinking, content, logical, rational and more attention. 68% students think that female teachers in the classroom like use extremely rich language, and easier to arouse students' interest. 80% students like depend on others when they faced with difficulties. 65% teachers think they can affect their students. 74% parents realized that this phenomenon influence their kids.Combined with domestic and foreign literature and our survey, school teachers' gender imbalance problem occurs in the following areas: Affected ancient China's "patriarchal" Concept, patriarchal leadership result in the role expectation. So the "stability" as the main feature of the teaching profession has become a prime target for female employment. Affected ancient China "Official Standard" thought, and most employment have the idea of promotion, so teachers lose its appeal to men. That the proportion of male and female students of Normal Universities imbalance impact, female student of Teachers College currently has reached the proportion of 70%, so it result in a shortage of male teachers inevitable trend. Rewarding has become the first choice of male employment, and it is a reason of teachers' gender imbalance problem.For the root of the problem, the author proposes recommendations from the "starting point", "process", "end". Firstly, we should adjust the current high proportion of girls in the status of Teachers College, reduce male candidates Teachers Colleges Admissions requirements and lower requirements for the recruitment of male teachers. Then appropriately start gender awareness courses in the teaching process. So we can contribute our meager strength for the development of education. Finally, we should change the existing role expectations phenomenon, so we can make the development of all walks of life toward a balanced direction.The author hope that teachers can commit to self-understanding, self-development and self-reflection, in order to promote the development of education.
